I logged out of my Instagram account and when I tried to log back in through a different app, I couldn't. Then, when I attempted to log in using the Instagram app, it said there was a suspicious login attempt and sent a code to my old mobile number, which I no longer have. I don't have any other emails associated with my Instagram account, but my Facebook is linked, and I'm still getting the suspicious login attempt message. Can someone assist me with this issue?

Hello, I activated a promotion on Instagram Business, but now I am unable to delete or pause it. When I try to select those options, the app becomes unresponsive. Additionally, I am encountering issues with payment as the app is unable to connect to Facebook. Despite the promotion being active, it is using funds from a balance instead of charging my credit card as intended; however, I have not seen any charges on my credit card yet. Thank you.

Hello Instagram Community! I am facing a recurring issue where I keep getting blocked from using certain features on the platform every day. Even after the previous block expires, I find myself blocked again the next day. I mainly use Instagram to engage with my audience through stories and like posts as part of my business operations. This continuous blocking is severely impacting my business, and despite reaching out for assistance multiple times over the past month, I have not received any resolution. My account was hacked by someone from Russia, and the email has been changed to a Russian one. I initially set up the account through Facebook. Surprisingly, I still have a phone number linked to the account, although there is no longer an email associated with it. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive the "Help us confirm you own this account" prompt, despite changing the password multiple times.

I am currently locked out of my Instagram account because I no longer have access to the email and phone number linked to it. I have also forgotten my password, which I have not changed since creating the account. Despite trying to recover my account by following the password reset steps, the verification codes are only being sent to the outdated email and phone number. I have attempted this process multiple times, but unfortunately, it has not been successful. Instagram is my primary social media platform for connecting with others, and I urgently need to regain access to it.

I was asleep when my friends informed me that my account was hacked. The hacker only changed my bio, promoted themselves, shared on my story for self-promotion, and sent a strange video to all my followers. Although the hacker did not do much else, I suddenly got kicked out of my account after briefly logging in last night. I am now unable to access my account at all. My account was recently blocked due to suspicious activity. I believe this happened because I gained a sudden influx of followers, which I did not purchase. The issue is, I cannot change my password because the linked phone number is associated with a prepaid phone that does not have internet browsing capabilities, preventing me from accessing the required link. I posted screenshots of our conversation to expose their harassment, only to be accused of bullying in return. My Instagram account was hacked around 2 months ago, and after recovering it, I was asked to verify that I owned the account. Following the steps on the Instagram help website by logging in, selecting "forgot password," choosing "need more help," and then following the provided instructions, I was able to regain access. However, a week later, the same issue occurred, and despite attempting the same steps repeatedly, I have been unable to access my account for about 6 weeks. Contacting Instagram via phone was unsuccessful, as they directed me back to their website. I am eager to regain access to my account and resume using Instagram.

My wife has an account where she worked very hard, with over [redacted] followers, until this morning when it was deactivated for supposedly pretending to be someone else on Facebook. Now, there is a fake account with her pictures and even some inappropriate content, while her genuine account remains deactivated. Contacting Instagram has been impossible as the hotline was unhelpful, and the "more details" option doesn't work. We are in Germany and we are at a loss. My wife has been a loyal user since [redacted] and she is devastated. This situation is incredibly unfair, and we are seeking help to resolve this issue promptly.

Yesterday, my Instagram account was hacked. After contacting Instagram, they sent me a new password link, but to confirm it's me, a code needs to be sent to an email or phone number that I don't recognize. I'm currently locked out of my account and unable to regain access without verifying, which poses a challenge as the email and phone linked don't belong to me. I never received an email notifying me of the hack or the change in my email. I would greatly appreciate any assistance from Instagram in sorting this out.

I recently had my Instagram account hacked. The hackers took advantage of it to engage in a "likes for likes" scheme. I have since recovered my account and updated my password. I have also unfollowed all the accounts the hackers made me follow. Nevertheless, I am facing consequences for their actions. My account is currently restricted until 12/25, which is problematic because I have some artwork to share during this period.

I was recently alerted by a friend that the Instagram page "nochaser," with 7.3 million followers, posted a video featuring me and a female who wishes to remain unnamed without my consent. This video, taken without my knowledge, portrays me negatively and has led to racial harassment. Numerous individuals, particularly women, have cyberbullied me as a result of this video. I am extremely outraged at Instagram for allowing a video showing a woman behaving inappropriately towards me to circulate without addressing the issue justly. The promotion of their page utilizing my distress goes against Instagram's own guidelines, both immorally and illegally. I demand that the video be removed immediately or that I be compensated with the ad revenue generated from viewers watching a video that involves me.

Hello, a friend of mine, Mr. Mohit S., fell victim to a scam on Instagram from the account magzine_123456_. The scam involved an offer for a OnePlus mobile for just ₹15,[redacted]. The payment was made via Paytm to mobile number [redacted] on 17th November. After the payment was made, the fraudulent account blocked him. The Paytm number is currently active but not answering calls, and the initial number used to contact them is now switched off. They even sent a video claiming to order the mobile from an Amazon site. I urge for swift action to identify and refund the money from the fraudulent account. Thank you.

I previously had an original Instagram account under the handle @capturedbyekubia. Unfortunately, it was linked to a Facebook account that was hacked a while back, preventing me from accessing it. When attempting to unlink this account to connect it to a different Facebook account, Instagram kept displaying an error message. To overcome this obstacle and create new promotional opportunities for my photography business, I decided to start fresh with new accounts. I've been actively engaging with users to grow these accounts quickly by messaging and following them directly. However, due to what Instagram considers excessive activity, my account has been blocked and disabled, impacting my photography business's visibility and my ability to generate income. It's crucial that both of my accounts are resolved promptly as I utilize them for different aspects of my business, catering to weddings and fashion.
