I have been attempting to create an Instagram account for several days now. Despite setting up a new email specifically for this purpose, I encountered an issue during registration. After filling out all the required fields and hitting Enter, I received an error message instructing me to try again later. Subsequently, the email address I used was marked invalid with a red X. Upon attempting to create the account on my phone, I was informed that an account already existed with that email address. When I tried to reset the password, I was told the account did not exist. I am unable to reach Instagram's customer service for assistance and need this account established promptly for my business.

I made an appointment with a merchant through Instagram. They don't have a Google page. After encountering issues, I provided proof to the merchant with pictures, but they declined to refund me. During my appointment, I raised the issue but was asked to wait outside again, which was inconvenient since I had traveled for the appointment. I have been requesting a partial refund, but have been consistently turned down up to now.

Unlike private agreements, transactions made through Instagram or websites warrant safeguards for customers in case of issues with bookings necessitating refunds. Instagram's expansion into shopping and bookings through their website lacks effective problem-solving measures akin to those seen with PayPal, leaving consumers vulnerable. This insufficient protection raises concerns about compliance with EU consumer protection laws. Therefore, there is a need for Instagram to address this gap and offer appropriate solutions to ensure consumer confidence in their platform.

I recently updated my phone number and didn't have a chance to update it on my Instagram account. I have two-factor authentication enabled, and the account is still sending the code to my old number, which I no longer have access to. Although I linked my email as a backup, whenever I try to reset my password, the code is still being sent to the old number.

Hi, I'm looking to set up a business account for my sub-account: theartofgivingart. However, when attempting to do so, I receive an error message indicating that this is a gray account and I must log in using my personal Facebook page username and password. I am unsure how to proceed as my login is linked to my other Instagram account: markmaryanovich, which I have successfully converted into a business account. I have encountered an action block on my account affecting likes, comments, and follow backs. Despite this, I can still send messages to my followers. Upon realizing that around 25 individuals I followed were not following me back, I unfollowed them at once resulting in further restrictions. My account was blocked and then unblocked, but the issue persists for nearly five weeks now. This is concerning for my brand page, and I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my account. Every time I try to log in, it redirects me to an existing account that I know the password for. The account I am trying to access is linked to my university email from years ago, which I no longer have access to. When I try to send the recovery code to my phone, it sends it to my Instagram account instead. How can I recover my old university email account?

I recently set up a new Instagram account for my professional musical theatre work. Yesterday, I made one and after around an hour, an error message appeared. Thinking it might be a glitch, I tried creating a new account tonight, but the same issue occurred. Now, I'm unable to access any of my accounts and keep getting the "something went wrong" error message. Instagram is crucial for me in promoting shows, so I really need to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Hello, I'm currently facing a situation that I need help with. I recently logged out of my Instagram account due to personal reasons and forgot the password. To make matters worse, the password is the same for the two email accounts associated with my Instagram. Additionally, my registered mobile number is from Malaysia, but I am currently in Pakistan. Hello, Lately, I've been unable to authorize my Instagram account for use on third-party websites. This is an issue for me since I display my Instagram account on my website as a widget. I've attempted various methods to resolve this without success. It seems to be an issue specific to my Instagram account since my other account authorizes without any problems. I receive an error code message that reads: ("error_type"): "QAuthException", "code": [redacted], "error_message": "there was an error with your request. Please try again.") It's worth noting that I recently received a notification on my Instagram feed advising me to change my password because I shouldn't be sharing my Instagram details with third-party apps. I have an account under the username @ms.amourr. After being inactive for three days, I found that it was temporarily blocked, and I can't log in. The Gmail account associated with the page is inaccessible to me. I have tried to recover my Gmail account to get the verification code, but I haven't been successful. The recovery process indicated it would take 3-5 business days, yet almost two weeks have passed, and I haven't received any updates.

I deactivated my account a month ago to take a break from social media. I had two-factor authentication enabled with my Facebook account, phone number, email, and Authenticator app as backup options. However, when trying to log in again, my saved password doesn't work, and the codes from the Authenticator app are not working. Additionally, I'm unable to receive the codes via SMS. The password reset link is not working, leaving me unsure of how to regain access to my account.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that my business Instagram account @designsquarellp has been restricted from performing any actions on the platform. This includes posting, commenting, liking, following, and more. This issue arose after I unknowingly violated the guidelines by following [redacted] accounts at once. I had two Instagram accounts, and when I tried to delete one, the other was deleted instead. I am trying to recover my original Instagram account, which has been active for many years, and holds many memories. I would appreciate any advice on how to regain access to my account. After my phone with all my account on it, including email, Facebook, and Instagram, stopped working, I had to get a new one. While trying to log back into Instagram on the new phone, I encountered an error. Instagram was supposed to send a recovery code to my old email, but I no longer have access to it. My Instagram account holds precious pictures and memories of my late fiance, who passed away 4 years ago. These memories are very important to me. I am feeling lost and upset as I cannot access those pictures. I desperately need help to regain access to my Instagram account. My new email address is [redacted]

Hello, my name is Danielle, and my Instagram username used to be @childishdanielle. The account was linked to my email ([redacted]) but it was recently hacked and the username was changed to @yyggyy1979. I attempted to log in with the new username and my old password without success. When I tried to reset the password using my email, I discovered that the email linked to the account had been changed as well.
