Hello, I recently updated my phone number and am unable to receive Instagram verification codes. I have the latest version of the Duo Mobile authentication app, but it's providing incorrect codes, and I no longer have my recovery codes. Is it possible for Instagram to email me new recovery codes or send them to my new number? Or can Duo Mobile be adjusted to provide the correct codes? I can still log in with my username and password, but the issue arises at the second authentication step. Thank you for any assistance.

Hello! I am in need of assistance with logging into my Instagram account. Recently, whenever I try to log in, I am prompted to verify that I own the profile. This issue occurred before, and after several days of trying, I managed to log in. However, the problem reoccurred after just 3 days. Whenever I attempt to change my password, I face the same challenge of proving my ownership. My profile is linked to my Facebook account, but when I try to log in using Facebook, I receive an error message stating "Challenge_required." I am feeling quite desperate at this point and would appreciate any guidance on how to verify my profile ownership so that I can successfully log in. Thank you very much for your help. Recently, I allowed someone access to my account on their phone, forgetting about the security measures that lock you out. When I tried to log into Instagram, a security code was sent to my old phone number, which I couldn't receive as I had no service. Even after getting a new phone and number, I can't receive the security code as it's still being sent to my old number. I've been unable to access the security code via email as well, and attempting to reset the password with my email results in a "no user found" message. Is there a solution to this issue? Thank you.

Hello, when I was younger, around the ages of 8 to 11, I created about four Instagram accounts that are not private. I used fake emails and forgot the passwords to these embarrassing accounts. I am concerned that they may affect my future job opportunities in public service. My account was disabled around 6-7 days ago. I am unsure why it happened as I have been abiding by the Community guidelines. I have been an Instagram user for three years. I am willing to provide my ID proofs to verify my ownership of the account. I have already emailed them, but the response has been inadequate. Yesterday, someone using the username parislouiselogan tried to impersonate me on Instagram by posting my pictures, including ones with my dog. I reached out to the account, but the person insists it's theirs, even though they have posted all my archived and current photos. I find this situation very worrying. This fake account has been active since June, and I would be grateful if the page could be removed to stop this impersonation.
