Hello, my name is Bret Lecheler. I need help recovering my account named "Lecheler." A while back, I had an account under "bretjlecheler," but I lost the password. Subsequently, I created "Lecheler." I eventually remembered the old password but had already established my photos and followers on "Lecheler." I've been using "Lecheler" for the last 3 to 4 years. Recently, I found myself logged back into "bretjlecheler" and can't access "Lecheler." I've tried various methods without success. Unfortunately, my current phone number and Facebook are linked to "bretjlecheler," making it hard to reset "Lecheler." I previously used an app for likes on Instagram but stopped using it and now utilize an analytics app instead. This new app helps me track my average likes and when my followers are most active for optimal posting times. Instagram warned me about using like-generating apps today, prompting me to delete two connected apps immediately. Hello. I updated my email and phone number on my Instagram account last night due to loss of access. Instagram sent a confirmation email to my new address with a link to secure my account if I hadn't removed my old phone number. Regrettably, I clicked the link and now they require verification. They want to send a code to my old contacts but I cannot access them. I am stuck because I cannot retrieve the code for verification. The Instagram helpline is unreachable, and I need help resolving this to prove ownership of my account and prevent any hacking attempts.
