I started i new account called rhlgram around * weeks ago, and it been closes down, ive tried to request it back for than once and i an getting no where, they told me to send id with me holding it ect , but then they tell me my id does not match the page requested, and that i am trying to be someone else like this is cazy. Ive tried requesting account back under different names i may have used as i wonder if they got details from a old face book account or a previous instagram account, where my name could be different. Im completely legit and i am the creater of Rhlgram so im Realy stressed out about the situation. The funny thing is when i added account to make rhlgram i dont even remember it asking me for a name or address it used my email and previous page password to open it up. Which seemed fine at the time. Please help me **
