Hello, I'm reaching out to instagram because I am trying to find other ways to get my money back that was stolen. I am a full time lash technician, and I seek instagram for finding people who are logo , print, business card makers. Recently, On October *th , **** I found someone by the name of @brandedcreativeagency. I sent my deposit of $**. I was Told I would Receive prints twice in one week, and didn't get anything. This "company" even has my address, so that they can send me what I paid for. I Know that it usually takes **hrs, but it's been a week and I still haven't heard anything. I've called their number numerous times, and reached out on instagram, and still nothing. This is a very serious matter, and I need help immediately. If need be, I do have screenshots as proof.
