My account @raffaela_mackner appears to have been hacked. The original email linked to it was [redacted] I discovered I was locked out today when I tried to log in and realized I had forgotten my password. After requesting a reset-password-email, I was informed it would be sent to the new email connected to the account, which is unknown to me. It seems my email has been changed without my consent, as I did not receive a security email to confirm this action. To regain access to my account, I urgently need to receive the confirmation email to reverse the unauthorized email change and regain control of my account. Kindly send the confirmation email to [redacted]

Hello, I have noticed that many people I follow on social media do not follow me back. I am using a third-party app that helps me identify and unfollow those who are not following me. Unfortunately, I encountered a two-week block and had to change my password twice due to using a service that Instagram flagged as being for "follows and likes," even though my intention is simply to manage non-followers. I am concerned about my current one-week block as an influencer because it could negatively impact my engagement. While I was in my last school class, I received a message about my account being on the verge of being hacked or disabled. Unfortunately, my account @itsjavon.carlton was indeed hacked, and I only discovered it when I got home around 2:30. Since my Facebook and Gmail are connected to it, I attempted to log in but it requested a code sent to a Gmail account that is not mine. I've been trying to reach out to Instagram for the past three days, but I have not received any response. Please assist me in resolving this issue. My email is @[redacted]

I recently experienced a hacking incident on my Instagram account. Although I reset my password, my account was blocked due to suspicious activity. I unknowingly entered my credentials on a fake Instagram website, causing my account to be compromised. Now, I am unable to regain access as the security code is being sent to a strange email address I do not recognize. I am unsure if this email belongs to the hacker. I received a pop-up notification on my Instagram account (@emilymednis) stating that I have limitations on liking, commenting, following, unfollowing, and posting pictures on my account. This notification has appeared multiple times after I conducted bulk unfollowing to declutter my account. Consequently, I had to change my password several times due to concerns of sharing my password with unauthorized apps for follower or like boosts. The only instance I shared my password was with a tool to manage inactive followers and mass unfollow, which I now realize is against the guidelines. I understand the mistake and won't repeat it. Currently, I am still unable to perform basic functions on my account. Hoping for a resolution, thank you.

My fan account [@/sunlight.eunseo] was reported for impersonating the artist Eunseo, which is not true. The account clearly stated it was a fan page in the bio. I've reached out to Instagram multiple times through their help center but have only received one response. I adore this account and it brought me so much joy. All I want is to have it reinstated as my only goal was to share love and support for the artist and her group WJSN.

I deactivated my account over a year ago and now when I try to reactivate it, I'm being asked for a 6-digit security code sent to the wrong email address. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email. I didn't link my account to my phone number either, but my Instagram profile is still visible with all my photos. Please assist in resolving this issue. My Instagram username is Martink771.

I prefer using Instagram on my browser rather than the app. Instagram has mistakenly flagged my account and banned me for allegedly sharing account information with follower websites, which I have never done. The ban was supposed to be lifted today, but I am still unable to access my account. I primarily access Instagram through the Safari browser on my iPhone, as I am unable to download the app. How can I resolve this issue with Instagram?

I am baffled as to why Instagram has blocked my account with such an absurd reason. I don't have any posts, so the logic behind increasing likes doesn't apply. All my followers are real accounts, and the block was supposed to end on Oct 2, [redacted]. However, it's now Oct 2, and I'm still encountering the block message. If a specific date was given for the block to end, why is Instagram not honoring it and repeatedly displaying the same message, even though it's already Oct 2? I haven't breached any guidelines, so this block seems entirely unwarranted.

I'm experiencing problems accessing my Instagram account on the internet. When I attempt to log in, I receive an error message stating that my username is not recognized. Oddly, the account is still logged in on the mobile app. Although I initially thought the issue was because the app was active, I tested another account and could log in without any trouble. I am concerned that if I log out from the app, I may lose access permanently. This situation is causing me significant inconvenience, and I would appreciate it if someone could resolve this issue so that I can freely log in and out. I am having trouble linking my primary Instagram account to Facebook. I have successfully linked my secondary account, but whenever I try with my main account, the loading circle just spins endlessly without allowing me to sign in. I attempted to unlink the secondary account from Facebook and even disabled it, hoping this would solve the issue, but I still cannot link my primary account.

Hello, I have a BIG problem that I haven't been able to solve for over a year. Please help me!!! This email is related to Facebook but I can't log into Instagram. I had registered on Instagram before with this email, besides Facebook for the first time. Then from Facebook, I duplicated another account on Instagram with the same email. Eventually, I deleted the duplicated account because I already had two. However, the main account still works, and I can't access it. By deleting the duplicated account related to Facebook having the same email, the email no longer works on Instagram to access my original account. So please, DELETE MY ACCOUNT on Instagram!!!! Hello there! Our Instagram account recently received a one-week ban because it was suspected of using a third-party company to increase likes and followers, which is not true. All our interactions have been authentic and manual. We value genuine engagement and have never used bots, as they are not beneficial for our brand. If you look closely, you will see that our interactions are targeted. We have also run Facebook/Instagram ads to promote our page. We are in a difficult situation as our launch date is near, and having no Instagram interaction will impact us negatively. Please assist us. Thank you.

My account got disabled due to the content I posted on my close friends list. I was attempting to be malicious toward someone who had hurt my feelings, but we no longer communicate. I've been attempting to reinstate my account, as some sources suggested Instagram disables accounts for a week, yet it has been 8 days now. I tried to adhere to Instagram's guidelines, but the videos I posted had emojis overlaying them, so I didn't believe it was excessive content.

I am attempting to have the blue verification badge next to my name as I am the lead singer of a very well-known music band in Turkey called Yuksek Sadakat. Our band’s Instagram account is yukseksadakat_. I have even represented my country in the Eurovision Song Contest in [redacted]. I have linked my Instagram account with my professional artist page on Facebook. Despite this, I keep getting rejected for the verification badge. What more do I need to do to prove my identity? This process is very frustrating for me.

I deleted my Instagram account through the web, and then deleted the app from my iPhone 7. However, when I tried to log in with a different account, it still shows the username of the account I deleted permanently. I attempted to remove it by unchecking remember me in the security section, logged out, and even offloaded the app, but the username persists. I'm unsure of what to do next. Can someone assist me with this issue?

For the last three days, I've been experiencing several issues with my account: 1) The in-app notifications are not working correctly. While I receive tags and replies, I'm not getting notifications for likes and follows. 2) I'm unable to edit my profile. When I try to save changes, it doesn't go through even after the loading process. 3) I noticed that I can't make any alterations to my account, such as changing the linked Facebook account or setting up two-factor authentication. I would appreciate it if you could address and resolve these three problems promptly.
