Hi, I'm Ray Nichols, my username is CRayNichols99, and I can be reached at [redacted] I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account as I forgot my password. When I tried to reset it using my email, it says my username is not found. I even tried creating a new account, but it says my information is already in use. Dear Instagram support team, A few days ago, I created an Instagram account under the username: demoipourtoi.chocolat. However, after receiving some feedback from family, I realized the name wasn't user-friendly. Consequently, I made the decision to close this account and try opening a new one with a more appealing name. I attempted to choose between names like: chocomoi, moichoco, chocodemoi, demoichoco, and demoichocolates. Although most of these names were available, I encountered an issue proceeding since I used the same email and phone number. It appears that my actions were flagged as a violation of the terms of service, which I am unsure of. My Instagram account is deactivated whenever I try to log in. I appealed to Instagram, and they mentioned that my account was disabled for pretending to be someone else. I also filled out a detailed form on the official Instagram help center website. They replied that they can't help without proof of ownership. I need to reply to their email with an attached photo and a code sent by Instagram. I'm the owner of the account "shreya_ghoshal.[redacted]." I created it in [redacted]. My name is Harinder Singh, and my username is "shreya_ghoshal.[redacted]." The code they provided is [redacted]. I've sent emails to Instagram, but I haven't received a response. Hello, I deeply regret having to send this email today. Earlier this month, I contacted the user emwritingesc to request the removal of a post that I believe reveals personal stories I shared with her in confidence. Despite not mentioning my name, there are links to my experiences that I did not authorize to be shared, and the weight of a past trauma in the post is distressing as it could now be accessed by anyone through the hashtags included. Although I did not wish to have to resort to this email, I find myself with no other option. I have already reported the issue on Instagram, but without specific allegations, it was dismissed for not meeting their criteria. I approached her politely before, almost pleading with her, to take down the post. The fact that my personal trauma is now public has had a significant impact on my emotional well-being. I am disappointed with the way you disabled my account. I understand the rules about sharing content. I am adult enough to comprehend that. The video I shared was already circulating on TV and social media. This has happened to me on Facebook before, and they warned me about sharing copyrighted material. I hope you realize how long I have been a member on Facebook and Instagram. I spend a lot of time on those platforms. I hope you can restore my account with all the shared data intact. Thank you.

I recently attempted to create an account but encountered issues along the way. I was informed that my email was linked to a disabled account due to a policy violation. After contacting support to have the email removed, I still faced the same problem when trying to create a new account with a different email. I also experienced difficulties signing in through Facebook. Despite briefly seeing a welcome message on Instagram, I found my account deactivated upon trying to log in again. I believe all previous attempts with different email addresses need to be cleared to allow me to start over. I would appreciate assistance with resolving this matter.

I encountered a problem while attempting to follow a friend on Instagram. The platform blocked the action and suggested trying again the next day. I have been receiving multiple messages in the past few days accusing me of using a third-party app to boost followers and likes. This is false, and I followed the steps by changing my password as instructed. However, my account functions have been disabled for a week now. I believe this is an error because I did not engage in any activities that went against Instagram's terms of service. I am seeking assistance from Instagram to address the fraudulent activities of the account @frecustoms. This account has been deceiving customers, myself included, for years by taking payments for custom shoe orders but failing to deliver the promised products. Numerous complaints have been left in comments and direct messages, indicating a pattern of scamming customers without fulfilling orders. I possess evidence in the form of receipts, screenshots of conversations, and text messages dating back to last year, all demonstrating my attempts to receive my order or obtain a refund to no avail. Despite the ongoing complaints, @frecustoms continues to operate unchecked, preying on unsuspecting individuals. I urge Instagram to investigate this matter promptly as it is unacceptable for them to exploit customers who may not know how to report such fraudulent behavior. Thank you.

I have been experiencing an issue with my main Instagram account for the past three days where my feed is not refreshing correctly. Despite my attempts to refresh, it keeps showing me the same picture from a day ago and does not display new posts. Only the stories section seems to update normally. I created an account that was deactivated for "violating terms of service" despite having no inappropriate content. The explanation for this was vague, leaving me puzzled. I proceeded to create a new account, but I am unable to unlink my email from the old account that I no longer have access to. How can I resolve this issue so I can link my email to the new account? Additionally, I have flagged this as a bug.

I recently deactivated and then reactivated my Instagram account using my iPhone 8 Plus. After reactivating it, an unusual glitch occurred. Two of my posts, which included multiple photos and videos, were affected. The glitch duplicated the first photo of each post, creating separate posts with just that initial image. Thinking they were unconnected to my original posts due to only having one like each, I decided to delete these duplicate posts. However, this action unintentionally removed the first photos from my original posts, leaving them incomplete. These initial photos were crucial as they were the ones visible on my profile. I seek help to restore them to their original positions within the posts. I have tried reaching out to Instagram without success. These memories are essential to me, and I hope to rectify this issue caused by the app's glitch.

About two to three weeks ago, I noticed an issue with my Instagram account. It was working fine the night before, but when I tried to log in on Monday, the 9th, I realized I had been logged out and couldn't regain access. I encountered an issue while trying to create an Instagram account using the username Amorous.Euphoria. Initially, I faced a problem with the username format, including an underscore, a dash, and a period. Subsequently, when attempting to use my email address [redacted], I received a message indicating it was already in use, even though it wasn't registered as an account. When trying the "Forgot password?" option with my email, it couldn't locate the account associated with it. Hello, I’m Rena. I encountered an issue with my Instagram accounts. I keep a public and a private account. Being an international student in Canada with a Japanese phone, using my phone either entails being in Airplane mode or changing the SIM card. I chose Airplane mode for convenience and cost-effectiveness. However, switching to Airplane mode caused my second Instagram account, which was already logged in, to sign out. I am now locked out because I forgot my password and my account is linked to my phone number for verification. Due to being on airplane mode in Canada, I can’t receive verification messages. I'll need to wait until I go back to Japan to access my second account again. Is there an alternate solution to this? Thank you.
