I have struggled with creating a new Instagram account for almost a year now. Despite trying various email addresses and following all the rules, I continuously encounter issues. Recently, I created a new account for business purposes, but faced errors when trying to change the username. After receiving conflicting messages about the availability of the username, I was eventually told I violated terms without any wrongdoing. I attempted to appeal this decision per the guidelines but have not made any progress. I urgently need access to the username "archivemyway" or can be reached at ameerarahilsahira@[redacted]. I tried to set up a new Instagram account yesterday for my new business. I already have one for my artwork as an artist and manage another for the company I work for. I know I can have up to 5 accounts, but I'm having trouble creating a third one. I used a different forwarding email for the new account, but it seems to be linked to my artist account. Instagram disabled the new account citing a violation, and now I can't access it or use the same handle. How can I unblock the account, get the handle back, and start over? It feels impossible to resolve without contacting Instagram, but I don't know how to do that. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you. Tom

Hello, I'm Penelope M. and I'm experiencing issues on Instagram. Somebody created a fake account with no profile information, followers, or followings. I received insulting messages in my Direct Messages, making me feel unsafe. I tried reporting these incidents to Instagram Help Center. The usernames involved are @whwgwu_e, @bufvkysx, @buhvtoc, and @fuburfj. I urgently need assistance to address these fake accounts and prevent further incidents on Instagram. I am once again requesting that my page be reinstated. This is the fourth time my account has been disabled, and I am deeply frustrated by the errors that have occurred not once, but twice, now seemingly for the third time. I urge you to address this issue as it is disrupting my social media presence, causing me to lose followers, views, and likes, hindering the progress of my page. I fail to comprehend the repeated deletions, especially merely two days after it was restored following a previous deletion labeled as a "mistake." The recurring removal of my account is incomprehensible to me. I implore you to investigate this situation as it seems unjust when other pages with similar content remain active. I feel unfairly targeted, and I appeal for a human representative to address and resolve this issue promptly. @merkytv

Hello, I go by the username thatsout_rozzie on this platform. Recently, I encountered an issue related to a post made by user Vickyy.carvajal about receiving money. I followed the instructions provided, including texting "cash" as requested, and complying with all the rules given. The individual claimed they were sending bonds and rates, supposedly paid by deceased individuals. Subsequently, my email password was changed to match my Instagram one. The person attempted to use my old information, preventing me from accessing my account. They mentioned transferring money through Instagram to my Cash App, but I cannot verify the email and number requested as they are outdated. The individual altered the email associated with the account and added unfamiliar links, ultimately blocking me. I believe Instagram should investigate this situation, identify the hacker, and acknowledge that the provided email and associated links are inaccurate. Being able to verify the correct information would be beneficial in resolving this issue.

As the account owner, known as Rozzie Dozzie, I responded to a post by Vickyy.carvajal, following instructions to text "cash" as requested. After complying with further instructions about bonds and rates, I changed my email password to match my Instagram. The individual tried to use my old information to prevent me from logging in, claiming to send money through my Instagram server to my Cash App account. However, the verification email and number were outdated, causing issues with the process. The person altered the email, added links, and blocked communication. I urge Instagram to investigate and rectify the situation by identifying the hacker and acknowledging the false information connected to my account.

On September 3rd, [redacted], I've encountered an issue with Instagram. Despite a lot of recent posts on my story, I cannot add them to my highlights. The highlight button shows my most recent highlight from January 23rd, [redacted], skipping all the content posted afterward. I've already reported this twice to Instagram, searched for solutions online, but received no response from them. I attempted to fix it by deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as logging out and back in, but the issue persists. I am frustrated by not being able to update my highlights with my current posts. I'm hopeful for a solution to this problem. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello everyone. I recently contacted your customer support via email but I'm unsure if my message was received. Unfortunately, I have once again locked myself out of my Instagram account. This situation has happened many times, leading me to create several accounts due to accidental log-outs or device changes without remembering my login credentials. Retrieving access to this account is crucial this time as it contains cherished photos and memories. I kindly request assistance in recovering my account since the linked phone number has changed and there was no email associated with it. Hello, my name is Regina, and I operate the website shemaygo.com along with the Instagram page @whereshemaygo. Lately, I have been actively engaging with travel pages to enhance my brand. One of the page policies is to remove followers who follow and then unfollow, as we aim for authentic engagement. I recently downloaded an app from the App Store solely to track unfollowers. However, when I tried to access my page, I was asked to change my password and then got blocked for a week due to allegedly using a third-party app to acquire likes, which I did not purchase. My account has been compromised by my ex-boyfriend. The account handle is @graaciemay. He accessed my account and altered the email address from mine ([redacted]) to his ([redacted]). Upon receiving the notification from you about the email change, I attempted to secure my account. However, when I entered the 6-digit code, it prompted me to re-enter the code repeatedly, with the message "this field is required." Despite entering the code correctly, the system did not allow me to proceed. I seek assistance in regaining access to my account and ensuring that he cannot change the email again. Thank you for your help. It is concerning that he managed to compromise my account without knowing my password.

My Instagram account was unexpectedly logged out this morning, on September 4 around 7:30 AM Arizona Time. My account username is namigaabbasov. Following the logout, I have been unable to sign back in. When I attempt to retrieve my account by selecting "Get help signing in" and entering my username, a message pops up stating "no users found". I have not received any emails regarding changes to my account, and I believe I have not breached any Community guidelines or terms of service. Despite asking my friends to search for my account, they could not locate it. Uncertain about what happened to my Instagram account, I consulted the Instagram website, which suggests tapping "My login info isn’t working" on the login screen; however, I do not see this option available. I am having trouble accessing my old Instagram account. It is linked to an old email address that is no longer in use. I want to remove all the posts from that account because they are from when I was younger and now I am being bullied in college because of them. The posts on that account are causing me daily embarrassment, and I can't take it down myself. If you search my full name on Instagram, anyone can see those posts. I want the account to be deleted. I am willing to prove that the account belongs to me, as it has my full name and other personal details that are still accurate. I'm struggling to access my old Instagram account because it's linked to an outdated email that I can no longer use. I'd like to delete all the posts on the account since they are from when I was younger and causing issues for me now. People in college are bullying me over it after finding my account using my full name. I feel embarrassed and want the account removed, but I can't log in to do so. I've encountered an issue with my Instagram account being falsely accused of identity theft. I had an old Instagram account with outdated photos that was recently hacked and used for spam. After reporting the unauthorized activity, my active account was unexpectedly disabled for alleged identity theft, which seemed suspicious. To challenge this, I completed a form on Instagram with my full name, @username, location, and provided an official document with my picture and birthdate. My Instagram account got disabled for violating terms, which is puzzling because I've had it for 10 years without any issues. I would like to restore my account to access all the photos I've uploaded over the years from different phones. Losing access to these memories, especially of my children, due to upgrading phones every 2 years is frustrating. Additionally, I've lost touch with followers and accounts I followed. Despite reaching out and appealing the decision numerous times without success, even contacting Facebook, I still haven't received a response. I suspect someone may have hacked into my account, observing my interactions and possibly causing the issue by making offensive comments. I hope to regain access to my account soon to reconnect with my memories and followers.

Hello, I'm writing to seek assistance regarding my personal Instagram account. I have been unable to access my account for two days now. On September 3rd, when I tried to log in on the app, a message appeared stating that Instagram had changed my password for security reasons. The issue is that the email address to which Instagram is trying to send a verification code is no longer valid, and I no longer have access to it. The old emails associated with my account are “[redacted]” and possibly an older one, “[redacted]”. I have attempted to resolve this through customer service within the app but have not received adequate help. I have attached screenshots of the login message and my locked Instagram page. I discovered the issue through my business account. My personal account username is “sarahjalbin”. I would appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account and an explanation for why Instagram has the authority to change passwords without informing users.

In July, I attempted to create a new account with the username ****shop linked to my email (****@gmail.com). Immediately, I received a notice about a policy violation upon creating the account. Today, when I tried to reset the password for the account, it showed as not found. I then tried to create a new account with a different username using the same email address but received a message that the email was already linked to a different account. I'm hoping to use this account to showcase and sell my crochet projects on Etsy. Could you please help either by deleting the initial account to free up the email address or allowing me access to it?

I have three separate Instagram accounts. The oldest one is kylina._, a private account for following friends with no posts or profile picture. The second is lynninsights, an open account with a few sky photos and limited followers. My newest account, kylinalynn, created less than an hour ago, is another private account for the same purpose. I use Instagram on the website, not the app. My original account, kylina._, was suspended three times for allegedly using follower services. The issues were resolved after contacting support, changing my password, and waiting for the ban to be lifted. Today, a new ban occurred after following around 30 accounts on my kylinalynn account. Despite using the accounts to interact with friends and influencers, I keep getting restrictions. My active posting account has never faced bans. I seek clarity on why the other accounts are targeted and how to prevent future restrictions. I have attempted logging out and in but wonder if adding posts or a profile picture might help. Dear Concerned Team, I am writing to report a hacking incident involving my Instagram account, jennichapstick, which occurred yesterday around noon. I noticed unauthorized activity on my account from a location outside of Tuscaloosa, where I reside. I promptly changed my password for security purposes after detecting this suspicious behavior. During this process, I discovered my account was still linked to my previous phone number, so I decided to update it to my current number that I changed back in January when I switched phones. I wanted to ensure that I would receive any security codes via text messages, as Instagram typically sends them to the registered phone number. The hacker utilized my account to send out scams via direct messages to several of my followers. Despite this, I managed to retain access to my account and immediately informed my followers about the hacking incident through my story and direct messages. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account. Although I no longer have access to my old number, I can still be reached via the email linked to my account, [redacted] I would be grateful if you could help me recover my account.
