I am unable to access my Instagram account because the reset password options require me to use an email address and phone number that I no longer have access to. My current email address is [redacted] and my updated contact number is +44 [redacted], which should be linked to my Instagram profile - @nazz_atcha13. Despite following the password reset process, I keep getting redirected back to the same page that I cannot access. I have submitted the requested verification materials to Instagram, including a photo of myself holding the code they provided and a copy of my UK passport for additional identification. I kindly request that you assist in bypassing this issue from your end by updating my email and contact number to my current ones. This will allow me to regain full access to my Instagram account. Hello, my Instagram username is chouhan_mahak, and my account has been disabled for the past 3 days. I am unable to log in with any other account as well. I received a message stating that I violated the rules, but I am not sure why this happened. I have already made efforts by providing my ID proof via email, but I have not received any response from the Instagram help center. I'm feeling very confused. Recently, Instagram contacted me regarding concerns about my well-being, as it was where I interacted with friends. However, my account got deactivated yesterday for supposedly violating community guidelines. I can't remember my password to appeal the deactivation. I'd like my account reinstated or at least know the reason behind the deactivation, as I don't post much content. I suspect Anne Palange (username: pettysavagee/bnannie) reported me falsely. I had asked her to stop contacting me, mentioning a restraining order, and then my account was disabled. My Instagram email is [redacted] I just want to reconnect with my friends. This situation is frustrating.

My sister and I are facing issues with our Instagram accounts. We're unable to log in despite following the steps in the help center. Every time we enter the security code to verify our identities due to a suspicious login attempt, we receive an error message prompting us to try again in 3 minutes, but the problem persists. This has been ongoing since Saturday for my sister and Monday for me. We've exhausted all available troubleshooting options like account recovery, app reinstallation, and device restarts, with no success. Unfortunately, we're unable to report this problem to Instagram for assistance. We typically log in using both desktop and app devices. We are unsure if this is an Instagram-wide issue or a security breach affecting us. There haven't been any announcements from Instagram or any reports from other users in our area, Australia. I found myself unable to follow anyone as each time I tried to, the same message reappeared after about two hours. This situation has left me feeling quite anxious as I feared it might be a temporary ban. Despite refraining from following anyone for the past two days, the issue remains unresolved, and it is disheartening as following others is a significant aspect of my account activity. I attempted different solutions like switching to a public or business account, yet the problem persists. This is something I have never experienced in my two years on the platform. I have reached out to Instagram for assistance, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. Feeling increasingly frustrated and impatient as I have pending follow-backs, any guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello GetHuman, a couple of days ago, I received a ban from following anyone on Instagram. Every time I checked back in about two hours, I would see the same message repeating. I initially thought it would be a temporary lock, but even after two days of not following anyone, the issue persists. Feeling frustrated, I attempted various methods to resolve this, such as making my account public and converting it to a business account, to no avail. This situation is new to me as I have had my account for four years without encountering this problem. I have reached out to Instagram for assistance but have yet to receive a response. I hope for a prompt resolution as I am eager to reconnect with the people I follow. Please assist me in getting my account unblocked from following, as it has been over four days.

I recently received a video from a contact on WhatsApp, and they asked me to send it to them on Instagram. After complying to help, my Instagram account, bhavya.kothari, linked to the number +[redacted]58, was disabled. I had important data on that account that I need access to. I did not intend to share inappropriate content and only did so because I was manipulated by the individual who caused my account to be disabled. I have tried to report the issue from my new account, @bhavya.kotharii, but have not received a response. I have a screenshot of the person's request for the video. Please assist me in recovering my disabled account.

My 14-year-old daughter's Instagram account was disabled without notice due to alleged violations of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. I personally managed her account and can confirm that this action is unjust. She was experiencing harassment from another girl whom she had already blocked. Unfortunately, this individual enlisted someone else to report my daughter's account, resulting in its immediate deactivation. It's distressing that Instagram has unknowingly become a tool for further bullying, a common tactic employed by bullies. Given that my daughter has two disabled siblings, her online safety and well-being are paramount. Despite multiple efforts to appeal the deactivation and contact Instagram for assistance, no response has been received. Her devices have also been blocked, preventing her from creating a new account. Both her private and public profiles have been affected, and we are at a loss for a solution. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently decided to restart using my Instagram account after a break but encountered login problems. Initially, when attempting the "forgot password" option on the Safari browser, the reset email went to an unfamiliar address.
