I am having trouble logging in to my account. Whenever I attempt to sign in, I receive an error message stating "sorry, there is a problem with your request." When I try to access Instagram via Safari, I am informed that my account has been disabled for violating terms of service. My account was disabled around June 21st, approximately 4 weeks ago. Despite reviewing the community guidelines and finding no violations, I am unable to regain access. Even after numerous attempts on different devices, including my brother's account search showing "user not found," I have not been successful in recovering my account. I have submitted nearly 50 requests for assistance without success. My account is linked to the email [redacted], phone number [redacted], and username lilbihscuit. I understand if I do not receive a response, but please consider this my plea for help.

I have encountered an issue where I receive a message stating, "Sorry, there is a problem with your request" every time I attempt to log in. My account was disabled around June 21st, approximately 4 weeks ago. Despite adhering to the community guidelines, I continue to face this problem. I have tried various solutions, including logging in from a computer and using Safari, all to no avail. Upon checking from my brother's Instagram account, it appears that my username is "user not found." I have submitted nearly 50 requests to recover my account, but none have been successful. I understand that a response may be unlikely, but I am reaching out with the hope of resolving this matter.

There have been user IDs associated with the name tag "Jessica Allen" that scammed me out of $[redacted]. They promised to return my money with interest on the same day, but it was a deception to take more money. I have reported it to Cash App and my bank, but I fear it may not get resolved. This scam needs attention to prevent others from falling victim. I am struggling to navigate Instagram's customer service channels, so please help spread awareness about this issue. I am submitting a complaint about a photo Madonna posted on Instagram. The photo showed her holding a watermelon in front of her black adopted foster children. I found this to be disgusting and racist. I believe Madonna should be removed from Instagram for continuously posting such offensive content using her black foster kids as an excuse. It is unacceptable and promotes problems. I urge Instagram to take action on this hate crime and enforce their rules by removing Madonna from the platform. A friend borrowed my phone to see my Instagram pictures, and afterwards, I found out that something wrong was done to my account during that time. My Instagram account was disabled due to a video that was mistakenly shared. I did not realize the content of the video as it was received via WhatsApp, and I accidentally sent it instead of another video to a friend. I understand that mistakes were made, but I believe this was not intentional. It would have been helpful to have received a warning. I value your terms and conditions but losing innocent users inadvertently can be detrimental. Please consider giving me another chance. I recently got an email alerting me about someone accessing my account from Darwin, though I'm actually located in Brisbane, QLD. When I tried logging in, I encountered a network error, leading to my account being disabled. Despite numerous attempts to fill out the form to resolve this, I couldn't submit it successfully due to constant "invalid parameter" errors. I reached out to customer support but received a bounce back email stating the address is unattended. After forwarding the email to another Instagram email (security), I still haven't received any response or help. It's frustrating that such a big platform doesn't seem to have functioning customer support for cases like these where accounts are compromised.

I used to have the email gracie_lee101 linked to my account, but it got disabled because I left that school. Now, I can't access my Instagram because the email linked to it is disabled. When Instagram sends the 6-digit code to my old email, I can't retrieve it or any emails from that account. I need help as I can't input the correct code to access my Instagram. I know my password; I just need to change the login email from the old one to [redacted] If you could change it for me, that would be fantastic. Thank you! My previous email used for my account, gracie*lee***, was disabled by the school administration as I am no longer attending. Consequently, I cannot access my Instagram account because the associated email is also disabled. Without access to the old email, I am unable to input the verification code sent by Instagram to it. I remember my password and details, but I need to switch my login email from the old one to *****@***.com. Kindly assist me in changing the email so I can regain access. Thank you for your help. I have been trying to resolve an issue with my Instagram accounts. My old account, "nazri.bakhtiar," has been inactive since [redacted], and I reported it for removal since I no longer have access to it. However, Instagram disabled the wrong account. Instead of removing the old inactive account, they disabled my current account, "nazribakhtiar," due to impersonation concerns. I have tried the account recovery steps with no success, and I urgently need access to my current account as it contains important information. I have not received any updates after Instagram mistakenly deleted my current account instead of my old inactive one. I am unable to access my previous email or phone number to delete the inactive account. Despite following the steps in the help center, I keep receiving a message that my account has been disabled for pretending to be someone else. I have submitted the required form with my government ID multiple times, tried all password reset options, and received no official feedback apart from automated responses. Contact attempts through phone and email have been unsuccessful. When I try to recover my old username, it now shows as not registered. It is frustrating that Instagram has not taken corrective action after their error. The app is great, but the customer service response is poor.

I then sent this video to Piyushbalar, after which my account got logged out. Now, I am unable to access my Instagram account. I kindly request you, sir, to please reopen my account. I recently joined Instagram a week ago but have faced restrictions on following and commenting after interacting with only a few users. I encountered issues like being blocked from following or posting more than once. Every action I attempt is met with a block message, prompting me to report the problem. Although I managed to submit a report once, I cannot find the option anymore. My interactions were with a business, and I did not breach any guidelines. If this continues, I am considering deleting my account due to the lack of service quality.

I have an Instagram account for my artwork where I always use relevant hashtags. My last post in March had regular engagement. Recently, when I posted a new artwork, I noticed my hashtags weren't showing up. Even after changing them and reposting, they still didn't appear. I tested this by using the same hashtags on another account, and they showed up, indicating my art page may be shadow banned. This concerns me because it seems something from March caused this ban, almost 5 months ago. Can you assist me in reaching out to Instagram to resolve this issue?

I need urgent help! This morning, I received a message from a friend asking me to post a video on Instagram. I didn't know the content of the video. Shortly after, my account was disabled, and I am unsure why this happened. I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account. When I attempt to reset my password, it prompts me to send the reset code to an email and phone number I no longer have access to. Despite following the reset process, I keep getting redirected to the page that requests the verification code be sent to the outdated contact information.
