Dear Instagram Team, I found out that my Instagram account was logged out due to a suspected log-in attempt in a city where I don't live. Here is the information linked to my account: - Username: vnssun - Password: F9airer The suspected login occurred in Taipei on 6/17 around 12:00 am. I was unable to receive my confirmation code via my email at [redacted] and the phone number [redacted] linked to my account. I couldn't update my current email [redacted] and phone number [redacted] on my Instagram account. I already emailed 「[redacted]」 with a photo of myself holding a handwritten username. Please send me a new password to [redacted] after verifying the information. Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hello, Since Friday, I have been having trouble logging in due to a suspicious connection. I have entered the security codes you sent me, but none of them work. I am told they are invalid. I have tried to recover my account twice, and when I click on the link sent to me to reset my password and press enter, an error message appears, "message try again later status fails." I cannot retry because the link is only valid once. I have contacted you several times to help me solve my problem. I do not know what else to do to access it. Furthermore, I was told that my issue should be resolved, but that is not the case, and I have not received any response from you since that message. Hello, my name is Brittnay, and I have noticed that some of my Instagram posts have gone missing. After deactivating and reactivating my account a couple of times recently, I realized that some important vacation photos have disappeared. Despite waiting for a week, the photos have not reappeared. I deactivated my account again, hoping for a resolution, but the problem persists. I have contacted Instagram multiple times and tried reinstalling the app without success. Upon waking up on Sunday at 9:10 am EST, I noticed my Instagram account had been logged out with a password change I did not initiate. I attempted to log in but received an incorrect password message. My attempts to recover through Facebook failed as well. The hacker seems to have compromised both accounts. My Instagram recovery Yahoo email has been deleted, and Yahoo support could not assist in reopening it. Instagram customer service sent an account recovery email, but the password reset link was invalid. Despite multiple attempts, I received a response indicating they cannot help without the original email access. I provided verification details but have not received a response. It is frustrating to be unable to regain access due to this situation.

Hello. My Instagram account is currently "temporarily locked" and the only way to regain access is through an email code that I can no longer retrieve as the email is inaccessible. I reached out to my college as an alumni, and they informed me that the email has been deleted. Despite numerous attempts to contact Instagram for help, I keep receiving links to reset my password, leading me back to the locked account screen. I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account. I purchased a new phone yesterday and when I tried to log in to my Instagram, it stated that my password was incorrect despite recently changing it. I was confident it was correct. The email linked to my account is an old college email that I cannot access anymore. Even if I contacted the college, it wouldn't help as they've updated their email system. While trying to retrieve my account, my new phone created a new account "jthigp3" instead of my original "jessiethigpen." I've exhausted all options and reviewed Instagram's support page. I hope you are well. On Thursday, May 30th, my Instagram account was impersonated by someone posting my pictures and following my friends and family (Alexgivesitupppt). The impostor demanded money to delete the account, which led me to file a police report for investigation. With the help of my friends, the fake account was removed promptly. Subsequently, my own Instagram account (atilius_talamus) was disabled, presumably due to retaliation from the impersonator. Despite following the necessary steps, I have not received any updates in over a week. Could you please help me reactivate my Instagram? Thank you very much!

I recently got a new phone and faced issues signing back into my Instagram account as I forgot my password. I followed the password reset instructions but ended up logging into an account with a similar username but with a "2" at the end, which seems to be a new account. Despite trying various methods to recover my original account, including using Facebook for login codes, I have been unsuccessful. My original account, luke_okeeffe, still exists as verified by checking through another account. I also attempted logging out from my old phone to retry on the new one with no luck. The new phone works fine with other apps like Twitter, Snapchat, and Facebook. Assistance with accessing my original Instagram account would be greatly appreciated.

I'm experiencing difficulties with Andy's assistance to manage my Instagram accounts. Upon purchasing a new cellphone, I unintentionally created a second Instagram account through my Gmail address, whereas my original account is linked to my Yahoo email. I dedicated 8 months of hard work to grow my Instagram account to 56k followers, which was the foundation for my business plans. Hello, I use Instagram daily, but due to personal reasons, I needed to change my account password. When I tried to change it, even though I entered the correct current password, the system kept saying it was wrong. After several unsuccessful attempts, I logged out and clicked on the "forgot password" option. It prompted me to enter a confirmation code sent to my forgotten email address. Since I couldn't retrieve the code, I went back to log in with my old password. I then updated my email address in the settings since I forgot the old one and linked my phone number to my Instagram ID. However, every time I tried to change the password, it required confirmation from the old email - which I couldn't access. After filing a complaint, I received a message with a link to change my password. But upon trying to log in again, it asked to confirm my identity through the unreachable old email address, leaving me unable to access my account and connect with friends and family. Please assist me in resolving this issue.
