Hello, I am facing an issue with my Instagram account that got hacked recently. I have reached out to Instagram twice through verification emails but have not received any response yet. My username is Brandi.sutton514, and my email associated with the account is [redacted] Ever since the hacking incident last week, I have been unable to access my account to make any changes. I suspect the hackers have altered both my email address and username linked to the account. It's worth mentioning that I have an old Instagram account with the username brandi83904, using the same email mentioned above, but I no longer use that account. Additionally, I unintentionally created a new Instagram account by signing in with my Facebook account last week, which I need to remove. I last accessed my Instagram account on March 13, [redacted], around 9-10 pm. After experiencing connectivity issues, I logged out to refresh, but now I can't log back in. I've tried on different phones, but I'm not receiving the verification code ending in [redacted]. It's been over two weeks without access. My Instagram account with over 59K followers was disabled for violating the terms of service. I was contacted by Top Trend via email, asking me to remove certain photos of their property, to which I promptly responded seeking clarification. The content in question was from Asian producers who provide images of their products for my clothing business. I unknowingly used photos that belonged to others and have only received 2 reports out of over 10,[redacted] posts in 7 years. My online presence, which includes Instagram, Facebook, and our corporate website, is compliant with legal requirements as an ecommerce business. I have contacted Instagram support and responded to their emails regarding my two accounts. One account is inactive, the other is my active account that I am unable to access because I forgot the password linked to an email that is no longer in use. Despite receiving responses from Instagram and multiple password reset attempts for the inactive account, I have deleted it hoping to receive the new password for my active account. All I am requesting is my password to be sent to my new email address or through a text message. I have provided the necessary information in my support responses. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like accessing from different devices and reinstalling the app to no avail. Please assist me in recovering my password. Thank you for your help.

I'm unable to log in to my account on the app. My account is active and not disabled; however, when I try to log in on the app, I receive an error message stating, "Error: Sorry, there was a problem with your request." I attempted to create another account to possibly link them but was unsuccessful. I've reset my iPhone settings, uninstalled, and reinstalled Instagram and Facebook, but the issue persists. I have also tried creating another account to potentially link them for access but have been unsuccessful. I have reset my iPhone settings, uninstalled and reinstalled Instagram and Facebook, yet the issue persists. It has been over a month, and I have only been able to use the limited browser version. I am unable to access my recovery or authentication code as I have changed my phone number and no longer have access to the old one. Instagram keeps sending the code to my old number, and I am stuck as I can't log in to change it. I need Instagram to send me a recovery or authentication code to assist me in accessing my account. I have all my account details; I just need assistance in regaining access. Thank you.

I accidentally deleted my Instagram account in January due to a violation of terms. I understand I can't recover it, but I'm now having trouble creating a new account with the same email. I recently fell victim to a scam on Instagram, and I suspect this individual may be stealing significant amounts of money from others. I am considering reaching out to the FBI due to possible criminal activities. The Instagram account in question belongs to someone named 1_Dave Johnson. The account made four posts about giving away money, claiming to be a lottery winner named Dave Johnson from January 25th, [redacted]. I confronted the account, making unfounded claims about having connections to a government intelligence agency. Despite providing my address, I am not overly concerned, as we have legal firearms at home in North Carolina. I hope this information sheds light on the situation for others. Thank you for reading.

On April 1st, around 2:00 p.m., I tried to update my email from [redacted] to [redacted] but mistakenly entered [redacted] This email hasn't been used for ten years, and I can't recall the password or the alternative email's password. I reached out to Microsoft support to no avail. Now, to access my Instagram account (@hambals), I need the verification code sent to the inactive email. I'm stuck and hope to regain access to my account. If possible, reverting back to the original email, [redacted], would allow me to update my Instagram properly with the correct domain. Alternatively, if Instagram could assist in signing me in without the verification code or provide another login method, that would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to positive news. Thank you.

There is an individual on Instagram who uses the username eenomsaleenaaaa, but her real name is Monee Hines. She operates a wig business on Instagram and has been reportedly not fulfilling orders after receiving payment. Since December 20, [redacted], she has failed to send a wig I purchased and paid $[redacted] for. Monee Hines is associated with complaints on the BBB website, signaling fraudulent activity. Despite my attempts to reach her through email and text messages, she has not responded, and I have been blocked from her Instagram page. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue.

I am seeking assistance with my original Instagram account under the username "i_fly_fucks." I used this account for two years until the associated email changed from [redacted] to a random @mail.ru email address, leading to frequent logouts. Despite numerous attempts to regain access by resetting my password, my phone number was also unlinked, preventing further access. Although I can no longer find my account when searching for the username, "i_fly_fucks," I believe it still exists. I have reported this issue to Instagram, but have not received a response. This account holds significant sentimental value to me, and I am desperate to retrieve it. A similar issue once occurred with my current account, but I managed to resolve it. Hello, I encountered an issue with my Instagram account recently. Around 9:40 PM on 4/04/19, I restarted the app and found myself logged into my main account, "damjan_radakovic14", instead of my alt account "mistaken_for_jesus". Upon logging into my main account, a message appeared saying "you have been logged out and your password has been changed", which caught my attention. When I tried to switch to my alt account, it was nowhere to be found. I attempted to recover the alt account by initiating an appeal but faced difficulties with the verification code. Despite entering the code, I was redirected back to the same account. I also tried the email link provided but saw no changes. I am unsure of the email associated with the alt account and have a new phone number: +61 [redacted]25. The account was created on an iPhone, and I cannot recall any previous usernames. On March 12th, I disabled my Instagram account temporarily. After reactivating it, I noticed that my recent post from February 24th/25th was missing. I requested my Instagram data and received a file with likes, comments, and stories. Unfortunately, the specific post in question was not included in the data. Communication from the Instagram team ceased after sending the file. I am hopeful that the Instagram team can assist me in recovering this post, as it holds sentimental value for me.

I am dealing with a hacked Instagram account. I have tried reaching out to Instagram through various channels, including the help center, inbox, emails to support@instagram, commenting on Twitter and Facebook. The hacker has changed my email information, preventing me from recovering my account. They are posting inappropriate content, such as porn, while my child's pictures are still visible. This situation has led to harassment as people mistakenly believe I am responsible for the inappropriate posts on my page.

Hello! I appreciate your assistance. I'm currently managing an Instagram account for a community under the name ufopsb118. The account is linked to the owner's email. After receiving the username and password, I encountered a security alert from Instagram due to the international access attempt. Instagram prompted me to choose email or phone verification to receive a security code. Despite delays of two to three hours for the code, I eventually received and entered it, only to be told it was incorrect, which was not the case.
