Hello, I am seeking assistance with recovering access to my account, @Creative_Cents. I logged out of the account on March 11 and have been unsuccessful in regaining access ever since. This account is significant to me as it is a business account that I have diligently cultivated over the last few months. The account was originally established under the username @SuckerForTheDollarTree. I suspect there may be a connection between my personal account (@Ganje_Dani) and the business account. Both accounts share the same phone number and email address. Regrettably, I am unable to recall the password for @Creative_Cents, which was created last November on my iPhone. Despite my efforts to recover the account, each attempt redirects me to my personal account (@Ganje_Dani). Simply entering the username "Creative_Cents" triggers an error message stating, "Sorry, we couldn't log you in."

I have been trying to reach customer support for the past 10 days without much success. The lack of response and assistance is causing me frustration. I am locked out of my business account (@creative_cents) that I established from the ground up a few months ago. The original username was @suckerforthedollartree. I believe my personal and business accounts are linked since I use the same phone number and email address for both. I forgot the password for @creative_cents, which I created last November on my iPhone. Whenever I try to recover the account, I keep getting redirected to my personal account (@ganje_dani). I have two accounts linked to different phone numbers. One account only has a phone number, while the other has an email address. Unfortunately, both phones are lost, and I can't access the numbers. Even after speaking to Verizon and Straight Talk, they said it's impossible to recover. The email linked to one account was deleted when I graduated, but I managed to regain access with help from the technology director. However, the email setup has changed post-graduation, and I can't receive notifications from social media. I remember the passwords for both accounts, but I can't log in as it prompts for a 6-digit reset number due to suspicious activity. This reset number can only be sent to the linked phone number/email. I have photos of my face on both accounts for verification. One account is under the name @hvileyy, and the other is @postmalonespamm. I need assistance with this issue.

My Instagram account was hacked, and the hacker changed not only the recovery email but also my username. Original username: sydneyoliviaaah Associated email: [redacted] New username: @benedictoon_18 New recovery email: r*******b@m***.ru I've attached a screenshot for reference. Hello, I am writing to report an issue with an Instagram account named Digitech_29. This account is engaged in fraudulent activities by accepting payments for goods but failing to deliver them. I personally experienced this when I purchased a speaker for [redacted] Rupees and never received it despite the promised delivery within 4-5 business days. The Instagram account has now blocked me, preventing any communication and access to our previous conversations. I request urgent action to be taken against this account to prevent further scams. I have attached a screenshot of the payment made through Google Pay for reference. If necessary actions are not taken, I will escalate this matter to the consumer court. Hello Instagram, I am reaching out to request your assistance in recovering my page, :@_.prettytaylor. I suspect that either my account was hacked or my password attempts triggered a lockout. I have not accessed my account for approximately 6 months and had a significant following. When I visited the Instagram help center, I attempted to recover my account using my username. However, the system sent a password reset email to an email address I no longer have access to, which is my main hurdle in regaining entry. Hello, On Friday, March 22, [redacted], I tried to set up an Instagram account using my Facebook credentials and linked email address. Despite going through the steps, when it came to logging in with Facebook, I couldn't access the account. I thought maybe resetting the password would help, but I realized I never set one up to begin with. Upon trying to reset the password, Instagram claimed my username, phone number, and email address weren't recognized. Despite this, when I attempted to recreate the account, the system identified that my username and email were already in use. Essentially, I'm locked out of an account I inadvertently created! A second attempt to rectify the issue also failed. I kindly request a reset for the initial account or for its setup to be finalized. Furthermore, could the second account I created be deleted from the system? Hello Instagram Support, I am currently facing an issue with my long-standing Instagram account, which I have had for three years. A few days ago, I lost access to the account, and despite numerous attempts to log in, I cannot remember the password I set years ago. My email associated with the account has changed since then, and when I try to use my phone number to recover it, I am redirected to the same page. I want to mention that I used a different device with my lost account, which is now broken, and I am using a new device presently. I believe this change in devices is not causing the issue. My account, @neckissin, was mistakenly deleted without any valid reason. I have been using this account since [redacted] without encountering any issues. It was a fan page dedicated to the model Barbara Palvin. I want to emphasize that I never pretended to be her or engaged in impersonation. I suspect @strawuhberries reported me due to personal reasons rather than any policy violation. I cherish the memories shared with friends and loved ones on my account and wish to retrieve them. Reactivating my account would mean abiding by Instagram's guidelines. Additionally, some friends lost group chats that I created, leading to further loss of memories. I recently got a new phone, installed Instagram, and successfully logged in. However, the app later corrupted, leading me to reinstall it. Now, when I try to log back in, it's recognizing it as a suspicious login attempt. Last week, my email was locked due to alias issues, rendering me unable to access the security code sent there. Additionally, my phone number has changed, making it impossible to retrieve the code that way. I've had my account for years and just need to update my security information. I know my login details and attempted to access it via Facebook, but it still flags it as suspicious. Is there a way for me to log in normally without the security code requirement so I can update my phone number and email address?

I came across an online seller named (Carding Zone Amazon1) on Instagram offering mobile phones for sale. I placed an order for 3 mobile phones and paid an advance of [redacted] rupees for each. Later, the seller requested an additional [redacted] rupees for the phones to be delivered. After making the payment, I was informed the mobile phones would arrive within 12.00. However, I was then asked to pay a confirmation amount of [redacted] rupees, which I declined. The seller insisted on the payment before delivering the mobile phones. When I requested a refund, they were uncooperative. I am seeking assistance with resolving this issue.

I am experiencing issues accessing my account "sugonyako_sergei." The problem arises when I attempt to log in as I am prompted to enter a code sent to a phone number that I no longer have access to. I recently changed my phone number and cannot receive SMS on the old one. Consequently, I am unable to log in. I have already reached out to Instagram support and provided a photo of my face and a code on paper to prove ownership. They continue to send me emails to reset my password, but that is not the issue. I need assistance in updating my old phone number information to remove this obstacle preventing me from logging in.

Good afternoon, I previously had an Instagram account with the username @siya_munjal. Initially linked to my email, I later unlinked it from any email or phone number. Due to poor wifi, I repeatedly tried to log in despite warnings of a 2-day disablement. It has been a while since this happened, and I am still unable to access my account. I last accessed my Instagram account on March 13, [redacted], a Wednesday night around 9-10 pm. After experiencing connectivity issues where the news feed wouldn't load, messages weren't sending or receiving, I logged out to refresh the account. Since then, I've been unable to log back in. Despite multiple attempts from different mobile phones, I keep receiving a message prompting a security code to be sent to my mobile number ending with [redacted], which I haven't received. It's been over 12 days now, and I'm still locked out. Kindly send the verification code to my mobile number [redacted] or email [redacted] so I can regain access to my account. Thank you.

I'm not sure what happened. While using my account, I unexpectedly got logged out. When I attempted to log back in, I received an error message asking me to try again. Then, upon trying on my laptop, it informed me that my account was disabled for violations. I didn't receive any prior warning or email about this. I just want to regain access to my account and understand what I might have done wrong, if anything at all. This has been the situation since Instagram experienced issues earlier this month. I can't even search for my username anymore.

I logged out of my account a few days ago for some reason. When I tried to log in four days later, it said my login details were incorrect and that the number I used was not connected to any account. I'm confused because this is the exact number I used before. I'm concerned my account might have been hacked. Additionally, the account is not linked to any email or Facebook account, as it is a business page. I really need to regain access to it.

Good evening, on March 21, [redacted], around 5:30 p.m., @beby_ice received a notice on their Instagram profile stating: "Your account has been disconnected from beby_ice. The account owner may have changed the password." When they tried to log back in, they received the message: "Your account has been disabled for violation of our terms." The day before, they had received a notice of disconnection from the account due to a password change. Since they have not violated any terms of the social network, unless they were hacked or someone else interfered, they are requesting the reactivation of the account. I recently got a prompt to reset my password to log back in but couldn't recall it. Following a suggestion, I logged in using Facebook. After that, my old Instagram account vanished! When I searched my name to access Instagram, I discovered I now had two accounts. Strangely, my authentic original account had a different username assigned to it. Despite emailing screenshots, a PDF photo of me, and the provided code, the issue remains unresolved.

Hello, I have encountered a problem with my Instagram account. A friend who used my phone got banned for inappropriate content, which was not done by me. Now, I cannot access my account from my phone as it seems to be blocked. If this was caused by a secret file on my phone, it is concerning as it could be considered hacking or malware. Each individual is different, and it is unfair to punish me for someone else's actions. I relied on this account for work with sponsors to fund my studies, and now I am unable to do so because of this situation. I am incredibly frustrated by these circumstances and feel the need to seek legal advice to address the impact on my job, education, and life.
