Hello, I am facing a major issue and I am reaching out for help. My Facebook account has been compromised. Working for the Walt Disney Company, my account holds a lot of confidential information, making this a serious matter. Despite my efforts, I have exhausted all options to regain access. I have followed online guides, had others report the hack, and attempted to reset my password, only to be blocked due to alleged misuse. It seems the hacker deliberately triggered this block to prevent me from recovering my account. I am uncertain of the duration of this block, as each recovery attempt yields the same result. In the meantime, the hacker is causing distress to my loved ones, friends, and work contacts, with unrestricted access to sensitive Walt Disney Company material. Unfortunately, both attempts have been denied, and I am now required to wait another month before reapplying. I am feeling frustrated not knowing the specific requirements for verifying an account. To focus on my studies, I temporarily disabled my account, but when I tried to log back in to access important messages, I was shocked to find that my account had been permanently deleted. As a student preparing for my board exams, I decided to temporarily disable my account. After realizing I had important messages, I tried to log back in but was shocked to find my account permanently deleted. I wanted to discuss the recent tensions between India and Pakistan following the Pulwama attack. On an Indian page where we were expressing our condolences, some Pakistani accounts resorted to personal insults and abusive language. Despite reporting these comments numerous times, they are still visible. The derogatory language used against us does not seem to violate the community guidelines. As an Indian girl, I feel targeted and disrespected. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will escalate it to cybercrime authorities for further assistance.

My primary account (ID: pohwan1130) on Instagram, which I've been using since [redacted], lacks essential features like polling, GIFs, ratings, and timers. Despite having an updated version on my Huawei Nova 3i, these functions are only available on my secondary account, not where my main memories and photos reside. Unfortunately, switching the primary account to the secondary one is not an option. Instagram has evolved with new interactive features, yet my primary account still lacks these capabilities. As a devoted fan of Instagram, I find it disappointing not to be able to utilize these features on my main account, diminishing my enthusiasm to share photos and videos on my story feed with friends.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with permanently blocking an Instagram user who has been harassing me. I have followed the guidelines provided in the help center by reporting and blocking the user. However, the issue persists as the user continues to create new accounts daily. This behavior started a year ago with a few accounts and has escalated to multiple accounts and messages each day. It would be beneficial to be able to block the user based on IP address or location. My username is littleblackat, and some of the usernames the user has created include deletedscene322, wolvespawn, h4ckz0rr28, safepuppy28, ouaisshop, and roberthnoo. I am in need of urgent assistance as this situation has taken a toll on my mental health and sense of safety. I own a Facebook page with the same name and used it to create an Instagram account, but I can't access the account because it was linked to an email I don't recognize. The email associated with the Instagram account that I didn't use is [redacted] This email is inaccessible to me. There is a scammer on Instagram with the username @boutiquedripdesigner who needs to be stopped right away. They operate through a private, non-business account, making it impossible to report their fraudulent activities. Despite having evidence in the form of numerous screenshots, there is no option available to report them. This scammer has been deceiving people through bank transfers, using hundreds of stolen photos of designer items to portray themselves as a legitimate merchant. Their transactions involve stealing significant sums of money, typically ranging between £[redacted] and £[redacted] per transaction.

I mistakenly uploaded a third-party picture on my business Instagram account. The picture did not have any logos or names, and I was not aware of its origin since customers often send pictures from various sources. Unfortunately, the third party filed a complaint, resulting in my account being disabled. I have since resolved the issue with the person who reported the content, and they have sent an email to Instagram to retract the complaint. Greetings, I am Surabhi Kedia, an Instagram user. Recently, I had to deactivate my account during my final exams to focus on my studies. However, when I tried to log back in today, it shows that my account is not found. I am not a fan account and only post pictures of myself on my account (_.softtoy). I kindly request for my account to be restored as it contains important photos that are not saved elsewhere. Hello, I have reported an account multiple times. The user had a banned account, but has created a new one. As the user's aunt, I believe it is inappropriate for an 8-year-old to be on Instagram. Despite my concerns, the parents do not see a problem with it. Upon reviewing my nephew's account, I found he follows inappropriate accounts featuring nudity and sexual content. Moreover, he follows many accounts to gain followers, which exposes him to harmful messages. It is clear from his photos that he is underage, and his parents provided false information about his age when setting up the account. Despite these issues, they allow him to play Grand Theft Auto 5 since age 6. I have been covertly attempting to address this by reporting the account. I hope that by taking action, the parents will understand the risks involved. Please assist in banning this account promptly. I need assistance with logging into the @autostartransportexpress account. Despite exploring the Instagram Help Center and following the suggestions provided there, I continue to encounter the same error message. Initially trying to log in via the website, I received an error stating “Sorry, there was a problem with your request” prompting the only option to “Dismiss.” Subsequently, when attempting to log in through the phone app, the issue persisisted even after confirming it was unresolved. Unfortunately, my attempts have been futile as I am continuously redirected to the login page. I need help with logging into my account @autostartransportexpress on Instagram. I have followed the instructions on the Instagram Help Center but keep encountering the same error. When attempting to log in via the phone app after an unsuccessful try on the website, the message "Error: Sorry, there was a problem with your request" appears, with only the option to be "Dismissed." Hello, it has been over a month since my profile was disabled (I manage a fan page and the person in question knows) because I was accused of pretending to be someone else, which is not true. On January 17th, I received a message when I opened Instagram saying my account had been logged out because the password was changed, not by me of course, and then my account was disabled. The last time I logged in was on Wednesday, January 16th. From Thursday, January 17th, my password was changed and my profile was disabled. I care a lot about this fan page and have always managed it in accordance with your guidelines without pretending to be someone else. Hello, I need help with my old inactive account under the name "jessemorozoff." The email associated with the account, [redacted], has been inactive for 5 years after cancelling my internet service. I've been dealing with harassment from two adults on Instagram - brit.in.the.usa and x.kimstagram.sw.x. Despite reporting and blocking them, they continue to post my personal information, insult me, and use offensive language. Instagram removed one cruel post, but the bullying persists with new hurtful comments daily. It's taking a toll on my well-being, and I feel unsafe sharing pictures. This has been happening for three years, and I have evidence of their actions but can't reach Instagram as their email is inactive. I want these accounts and their fake ones gone for good. I recently purchased a new phone as my old one was broken. I have two-factor authentication enabled on my Instagram account. However, I am facing an issue with an unusual login attempt prompt whenever I try to log in. The prompt started appearing when I unsuccessfully tried to log in on my iPad, which is not properly formatted for Instagram, and then forgot my password. Even though I receive a code on my phone to verify my identity successfully, once I press the login button, it redirects me back to the unusual login prompt. I have attempted this process multiple times, resulting in Instagram asking me to wait a few minutes before trying again. I believe I can verify my identity if given the chance; it seems to be a technical error from their end.
