I've been experiencing issues with my Instagram account lately. A few days ago, someone changed my password, but I was able to recover access. However, now I'm not able to connect to a follower app to track my new followers and unfollowers because I can't sign in. Whenever I try to return to the Instagram app, I keep getting notifications asking if I tried to log in from a particular location on Android, which is not me. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account and feeling lost on what steps to take next.

I recently bought a new phone and attempted to log into my Instagram account on the old device. Instagram flagged this as suspicious activity and requested verification. I tried to access the verification code sent to my email, but I forgot the password. Now I'm locked out of my email and Instagram account. When trying to reset the email password, I couldn't recall the security question answer. Is there an alternative way to verify my identity without relying on that email account?

I had been successfully using my page to showcase my work, but it was recently flagged for inappropriate use. I have never posted any inappropriate videos or pictures. I utilize the account to promote my work and display it to potential clients who are interested in seeing the projects I work on. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my account as it is crucial for me to continue promoting my business, especially at the start of the year. The username for the affected account is Cuevas_construction Luxury Tile and Stone. Additionally, my other username is JEZEUS. The business account features a picture of Pasadena CA city hall, reflecting my location. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Instagram account was hacked on December 29th, [redacted]. After being logged out and trying to log back in, I found that my username was unrecognized. Following the website's instructions, I submitted a photo with a handwritten code. I responded to a second email on January 1st, [redacted], providing all requested information. However, I have not received any communication since then. I was also not alerted to any changes in my email address associated with the account. Currently, the name Reyna Anaradi is appearing on my profile.

I have a second Instagram account with the username @killhowproductions. The issue is that both this account and my main one, @chumphchange, share the same email address. When I try to recover the @killhowproductions account by requesting a login link via email, I only receive links to log into my @chumphchange account. So, every time I request a login email for @killhowproductions, I end up being directed to @chumphchange instead.

Leafy Soul offers vegan purses and bags. On their Instagram ads, many customers have reported issues with false advertising, lack of response for returns, and incorrect contact information. I recently ordered a bag from them, but it took over a month to arrive. Unfortunately, the bag was a different color than expected and had a strong smell of cigarettes. I have been trying to contact them for return instructions to no avail. It seems I am not alone, as there are numerous complaints about Leafy Souls on Instagram.

I recently experienced a hacking incident on IG. I have reported the individual and informed my friends, but the account is still active under the name Adele Zurisar. I am frustrated with IG's lack of efficient procedures to address serious issues like this. As a result, I have created a new account, unsure if my old one can be recovered. The delays and complexity in resolving this matter have left me extremely disappointed.

I lost access to my account five days ago as I was unable to log in with my password. After attempting to reset my password and realizing my email had been changed without my consent to 'h******[redacted],' I discovered someone had taken control of my account. I followed Instagram's help center instructions and received verification codes, but they were for a new account linked to my Facebook and email under 'ali.kapadia.[redacted]' that I created to monitor changes. My original account name is '_alikapadia,' with only my contact details removed. I am ready to provide evidence proving my ownership of the account and have tried to contact the person who has access to it without success. This account is important to me, and any help in recovering it would be greatly appreciated.

Username: lifernn_1901 Email: [redacted] Issue: My account is missing new features like the poll sticker, question sticker, emoji slide sticker, countdown sticker, share posts as a story, etc. Steps taken: Updated Instagram to the latest version, but new features are still not showing up on my account. My business account @shoppreciousuk disappeared, saying "user not found." I didn't delete it and have no emails or texts confirming this. When I try to recover it via text, it directs me to my personal account. Instagram/Facebook just keep sending me to the same information page for recovery, but none of the options work. I even attempted to create a new account with the old username, but I'm unable to. I suspect my account has been hacked or deleted. How do I regain access to my business account?

We have three Instagram pages for our business. Unfortunately, we cannot access the greenvillecrowneplaza and Crowne Plaza Greenville-I-[redacted]-Roper Mtn Rd pages as the account creator has left, and no active email is linked. The crowneplazagvl page is the only one currently in use. We need help either combining these pages with the active one or regaining access to the business page. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out about our business Instagram page, Pireu Fish, representing a restaurant in Tirana. Some of our customers are experiencing difficulties checking in at our location. Despite the existence of our restaurant's spot when searched using the place name Pireu Fish Restaurant, the check-in feature does not display our location when users attempt to upload a photo. Instead, another location with a different name across the street is suggested. This issue is adversely affecting the visibility of our business online. Every time I try to send a message on a Public Profile, I encounter an issue where it says, “Action Blocked.” The message informs me that the action was blocked for protection reasons. I believe there may have been a mistake. I am attempting to send a flyer promoting my silicone placemat product, which is not prohibited. Direct messaging is crucial for connecting with clients. I've been experiencing issues with my location on Instagram. Initially, it disappeared, then reappeared briefly before disappearing again. It displayed an old address briefly before vanishing once more and has not returned. This is affecting my business as I am unable to tag my location in posts. My page contains the correct address, it's linked to my Facebook business page where everything is accurate, and my location services are enabled. I can't seem to understand why my location isn't showing up when I try to tag it in my posts.

I inadvertently deleted one of my Instagram accounts, "phillytyper," and now I am unable to access it on my phone or browser to remove it. Despite efforts to add a new account and re-log the other four, the locked "phillytyper" account remains visible but inaccessible. Instagram displays an error message when I try to log in. My aim is to have five functional accounts: "trophybikes," "publetters," "99knobs," "freehandphl," and the currently inaccessible "phillynow." Hello! I recently got locked out of my spam account because I misspelled my email and forgot my password. I reached out to Instagram for help, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me in recovering it. I was hoping to inquire if you could delete the account since I am unable to access it anymore, rendering it inactive. I understand that Instagram is currently working on removing inactive accounts. Hello Support Team, I am reaching out regarding my friend's Instagram account that was recently hacked and subsequently deleted. I am contacting you on his behalf due to his lack of technical expertise and English language skills. The account was compromised between January 3rd and 4th, and by January 4th, he no longer had access to it as the login credentials were changed. The account was renamed to Mia Nekinos and then disappeared the following day. About 5 days ago, an Instagram account named 'ceciljonesuk' followed me and offered designer clothing and shoes at steep discounts. Despite my initial concerns, I engaged in conversations with them, convinced that it was genuine. I provided personal details, made a payment of £[redacted], and was assured of a quick delivery via DPD. However, after noticing delays and reaching out for updates, I was suddenly blocked. I am now realizing that I have been scammed and feel the need to take action to prevent others from falling victim to this account. I have evidence of the interactions and the transaction details. I am hoping to work with Instagram to prevent further fraudulent activities from this user.

I received an email yesterday morning notifying me that the email associated with my account was changed without my consent. Despite trying to reverse this through the link provided by Instagram, I received continual errors. Following Instagram's instructions for reporting a hacked account resulted in a verification process, including changing my password. However, upon attempting to sign in, I was prompted for a security code to be sent to the hacker's email. Subsequently, I received an email confirming a change in the phone number on my account, which I did not authorize. Despite contacting Instagram about the issue, I have received no response. Today, having to submit another report and repeat the same lengthy process is frustrating, especially considering the potential misuse of my account by the hacker while I await resolution. I am dissatisfied with Instagram's handling of this situation and request a prompt response.
