Login to my account ... I have a new device and a new phone number so I'm unable to log in because I can't receive the security codes for the two factor authentication nor do I have the backup codes I need Instagram to email me so I may find a way to get back into my account
I can't log in without the security code but I have a new phone number so I can't receive the security codes and I don't have the backup codes because I have a new device
To get in contact with Instagram and have them solve this problem
I've been using Instagram since **** and I expected that their customer service would be better than this but everytime I try to get in contact with Instagram they never contact me back or when I get in contact whenever i reply back with my issue and details that they have asked for they don't reply back to me
I've tried contacting them multiple times and each time I've had the same result of them not replying and ignoring me
I have an issue with Instagram too
How GetHuman-pastelhe fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-pastelhe to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
Please help with my Instagram issue
