I been trying to get in contact with i stagram for the past * weeks reguarding my account: itsyagirltaye. My phone number on the account is ********** & i just got a new phone and i know that when you try to sign in on a different device it will ask to send a access code to the phone so you can sign in for protection. The new phone I got has the same number as my last phone & IM NOT RECIVING ANY OF THE ACCESS CODES TO MY NEW PHONE. I’ve already been to the store i bought my phone from & I already contacted apple support & both of them are saying its not on their end but its on the app end (instagram) so if i calould get some type of help i would appreciate it because Im annoyed at this point. Im the owner of the account itsyagirltaye. My new password is ****Avis but before it was ****Avismariebanks. My last post on my account had the caption “I be ten toes down, two hands in the back.” Like i just want to be able to sign back in to my account it makes no sense on why I can’t & why im not getting any responses back.
