"I keep receiving a notification that says I've reached the limit of follow requests I can accept because my account is private. This happened after I switched between private and public settings numerous times to manage pending follow requests. I understand this issue is due to my actions, but I need to know when this restriction will be lifted so I can use my account without any further interruptions. I want to rectify this mistake and keep my account private permanently."

This is my third time reaching out without any response or resolution to my problem. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance. My girlfriend and I had a disagreement last year and blocked each other. Despite reconciling, we are unable to unblock each other. When trying to access the blocked accounts, the page appears blank and does not allow us to unblock. I am exhausted from attempting to fix this issue without success. I recently discovered that my 13-year-old daughter has been the victim of bullying for months. Last night, she was visibly upset about it, and I found out the distressing details. Three boys created an Instagram page called "Big Mama Lamb" using my picture, posted a disturbing hashtag about incest, and made references to watching my daughter through her closet. They even went so far as to send her the picture and page link while she was playing online on her PS4 to mock her. While the boys initially thought it was a joke, the situation has escalated, and now the boy who set up the page can't remember the login information to remove it. I have tried reporting the page, but Instagram may not understand the severity of the issue without context. My daughters have also reported this, but we haven't had any luck so far. My daughter is devastated, so any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I'm Hillary Quach. Several months ago, I made the decision to deactivate my Instagram account, @quachary. Recently, I've been trying to reactivate it, but I'm encountering an issue. Despite numerous attempts to log in using both my PC and the Instagram app, I keep receiving an error message stating, "The username you entered doesn't belong to an account. Please check your username and try again." This situation is quite perplexing, as I am eager to regain access to my account rather than starting anew. Hello, I'm having trouble with my Instagram account. When I try to make a new post, it briefly appears on my feed before disappearing. I haven't received any warnings or bans. For the past two months, there have been fake accounts created impersonating me on Instagram and Facebook. It has become very bothersome as these accounts are adding my friends, friends of friends, and even my relatives to lure more connections. The Facebook impostors are posting inappropriate images that are visible to my relatives causing discomfort. On Instagram, new fake accounts are being made almost daily, and I have been urging everyone to report them. I am hopeful that someone can help resolve this issue and possibly identify the culprit behind these accounts so appropriate actions can be taken, as this situation has led to family conflicts that have taken a toll on me. Initially, I brushed it off as childish behavior, but it has become a persistent problem.

I am having trouble posting pictures with my new iPhone on Instagram. I can like other account's pictures, post to my story, and reply to messages, but I cannot upload any pictures. I recently got a new iPhone and was able to post a few pictures before encountering this issue. I have not received any email or notification about violating guidelines, and my account does not contain any nudity or adult content. I am a stay-at-home mom who teaches martial arts, and that is the content of my Instagram. Interestingly, when I tried using my old iPhone 5 to post, the image uploaded, but the hashtags did not work. Now with my new iPhone 7, I am unable to upload any images at all. On November 25, [redacted], I was instructed by a representative on Instagram to purchase a size XL based on my height and weight. However, upon receiving the item, I was charged $40 in customs taxes that were not disclosed on the website. The return shipping cost me $50, and it took numerous Instagram messages and direct messages over two weeks before I was informed about my approved return and credit. For my second order, I consulted with a seamstress to ensure accurate measurements according to their sizing chart. Despite this, the second item was still too small. I reached out with five emails (with their 24-48 hour response time frame) and received no reply. Their Instagram responses were delayed, and they did not address my concerns adequately. After researching, I found that Columbian Waist LLC had unresolved complaints on the Better Business Bureau regarding poor customer service, unclean garments, and lack of communication. Despite attempts to communicate my issues, they offered partial solutions but did not address my underlying concerns. I seek a return label for a refund as I wish to discontinue business with this company.

My page was deactivated. They claim I may have violated guidelines, but my artwork is traditional erotic art, which aligns with their rules. The captions and hashtags are suggestive, not explicit. I had no issues for over a year until recently. This has abruptly stopped my income, especially tough timing after a recent family death. I've reached out through the app but no response yet. With a move approaching, I need my page back to fulfill orders and keep working. Repeatedly losing my work without reasons is stressful, especially now.

I recently moved and lost access to my email and phone number, making it challenging to log in to Instagram. When I attempted to use Facebook to access my account, I was informed that Instagram had changed my password for security reasons, requiring me to log in with my email and phone number. Unfortunately, my school email, which I foolishly used, has been deactivated due to my relocation. I never realized the impact of changing contact information associated with my account. I urgently need to regain access to my account. If Instagram could reach out via email and request specific details such as old passwords, phone numbers, emails used for sign-up, close friends list, or story posts, I could prove my identity. This situation could have been avoided if Instagram had notified me before altering my password. Respecting users' privacy and account control is crucial for all social media platforms.

Hello, I mistakenly sent a picture in a DM that I regret sending. I attempted to use the "unsend option," but the message did not disappear entirely. The picture icon turned gray, and the status showed "sent" instead of "delivered." Concerned that the recipient might see the image, I deleted my account in a rush. However, I am unsure if the messages were erased along with it. To test this, I created two accounts and exchanged messages between them. After deleting one account, I discovered that the messages were still visible. Although my username may display as "Instagrammer" in her DM, I fear she could piece together my identity from the conversation history. I am a 15-year-old girl from Italy. On 05/01/[redacted], I sent video fragments of child pornography to my boyfriend in an attempt to seek advice on reporting the inappropriate content in a WhatsApp group. Unfortunately, my account (@peachesca) was immediately disabled after sending the video, and I am unable to log in to my other accounts (@cherrycolalipsmacker and @d4rling). I want to regain access to my account as my intention was to report the inappropriate content, not to promote it. I used my account for positive interactions such as sharing pictures with friends and exploring art. If possible, please assist me in resolving this issue. Hello, I'm wondering if there is a way to delete an inactive account. I've been trying to reach out to the user @jahnna via direct message for three years without any responses. They haven't posted any pictures or interacted on the platform. It seems unfair as I once had that username around five years ago before changing it.
