My Instagram account, @briannaames, has been hacked, and the hacker is posting inappropriate content and selling my pictures. I made a new account, @briannaames_, which was disabled mistakenly thinking it was the hacked one. I've proven my identity with a picture of my ID and a handwritten note with my name. I have no access to my old page and am experiencing bullying and harassment, which violates my privacy. Please assist in taking down my hacked account and enabling my new one. I am experiencing issues with promoting my business on Instagram. Initially, my ad account was disabled, which I resolved, but then I had trouble being recognized as the administrator to promote posts. I attempted to fix this by creating a new page on Facebook after deleting the previous one Facebook had created. Now, as I try to promote posts, Instagram says it can't access the page, suggesting I edit my profile to connect the correct page. Although the Instagram account linked to Facebook seems right, it won't load the page Facebook generated when I open it through Instagram. I need help rectifying this to resume promoting my posts. Starting over with new accounts isn't an option. How can I resolve this issue and begin promoting posts on Instagram again?

I've abandoned my Instagram account for years, but have been unsuccessful in my attempts to log back in and permanently delete it. Despite thinking I deleted it over a year ago, I recently discovered it is still active. However, I'm unable to access it as it's linked to an old email address from a previous job that I left a year and a half ago. Forgotten passwords have hindered my attempts, even after trying numerous options. Could you please assist me in deleting my account? Hello, I have not posted on Instagram in a few months. Recently, I got a new phone and had to log back in. Last week, I forgot my password and received a reset link via email ([redacted]). Somehow, I ended up creating a new account "Pearlgrumet1". Upon finding my original account, "pearlgrumet," I noticed my old pictures, but there's a profile picture of someone I do not know. After reinstalling IG, I tried to access my original account (pearlgrumet) again to reset the password, but the displayed email is not mine. Someone is impersonating me on my old account, sharing pictures of my family. I messaged this person, but received no response. I urgently need to restore access to my original account, Pearlgrumet. On December 24, [redacted], I encountered a problem with my Instagram account, @tonyhawk_prohater2. Someone maliciously changed both my email and username, leaving me unable to access my account. I promptly contacted Instagram, received instructions, followed them exactly, and awaited further guidance via email. However, three days have passed, and I am still anxiously waiting for any updates or assistance in recovering my account. Hello, my account was disabled on Christmas morning, and I'm uncertain about the reasons behind it. I am willing to provide any necessary information to resolve this situation. Just before the disablement, my account was locked briefly, and once I regained access, it was disabled within five hours. My account holds precious pictures of deceased family members and irreplaceable family photos. I am genuinely puzzled as to what might have caused this action, as I adhere to the community guidelines diligently. I deeply apologize if I unintentionally offended anyone. My account is a private family space, and I would greatly appreciate the chance to regain access. Even a temporary suspension would be acceptable if I unknowingly violated any rules. I'm interested in changing my username to @melty, as it aligns with my social media identity. However, this username is currently in use by an inactive account for the past 8 years. Good evening, I am currently facing issues with my Instagram account. I have noticed a significant decrease in engagement lately, which is now at its lowest point. My hashtags are not working as intended, and my posts do not appear in location feeds. Through some research, I learned about "shadow ban" and believe I may be facing it due to using fake likes on a recent post. I resorted to this to enhance my image when I moved to Los Angeles to pursue my acting career. However, I now regret this decision deeply. I understand my mistake and am willing to correct it. I had a few individuals contact me for different reasons, and despite my clear lack of interest, one sent me an unsolicited inappropriate photo and another inquired about nude photography, mistakenly assuming I was underage. I reported the latter for inappropriate behavior, and the following day, my account was suddenly gone without explanation. I am striving to establish my modeling business, and this setback has been disheartening. I was provided with the option to appeal the decision to potentially have my account reinstated, but unfortunately, I have not received any response to my appeals. I recently switched to a new phone and unintentionally erased my old phone data, including the password to my Instagram account. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my account as I cannot recall the password. Initially, I set up the account with a phone number, but due to personal reasons, I had to change my number after my father took my old phone. The recovery SMS is being sent to an old number that I no longer use. I did not link the account to an email or Facebook for recovery purposes. The help form indicated that without sufficient verification of my identity, access to the account cannot be granted. I am hoping that with additional details such as previous passwords and the primary phone used for the account, I may be able to regain access.

A few weeks ago, I believe my account was hacked under the name "Fredy Hermiston." Fortunately, I caught it in time to change the password, email, and profile picture. While checking my direct messages, I observed some suspicious emails being sent out, potentially containing viruses. Prior to the links, the messages were inappropriate. Recently, my account got disabled for violating terms, and I suspect I may have been hacked again or that someone reported the offensive messages I did not write. I am concerned that someone might have taken the pictures of my children from my Instagram. I am upset and stressed about this situation as I always strive to follow the terms and guidelines. Recently, my phone and Venezuelan SIM card were stolen in Cambodia. Instagram is now sending the code to a number I can no longer access. I've attempted to reset my password via email multiple times but am still prompted for the code sent to the unavailable phone number when trying to log in. I recently forgot my passwords and attempted to login several times. I finally remembered the correct one, but encountered a 'suspicious login attempt' message from Instagram. The only option for verification is through a phone number that I no longer have access to as I terminated it. I am certain that I have the correct password now. I believe this issue can be resolved if Instagram would allow me to update my phone number details to my current one or verify me through my email address, [redacted] I created a new account under this address in an attempt to regain access to my old account. Unfortunately, I mistakenly tried to log in with my current phone number only to find another account linked to it, which I inadvertently reset the password for.

I have attempted to log into Instagram using the app, but I keep encountering the message "Sorry, there was a problem with your request." Oddly enough, I can log in through Safari on my computer and even on my sister's phone using her app without any issues. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, checking for updates, and even resetting my phone, but nothing seems to resolve the problem. This has been quite distressing for me as I am unable to access my favorite app to communicate with my friends. I have raised this issue three times via email regarding my two accounts being stolen. I'm not sure if you are receiving my emails because I was forwarding them from the ones I received from Instagram. Both accounts' email addresses were changed, and I only noticed this during a password reset. I want my accounts returned and the responsible parties banned. I put in a lot of effort in building a following and photo gallery. Since the theft, I'm unaware of what's happening. I am uncertain if Instagram is receiving my emails. It's been two days since my last request, and I haven't heard anything. I need help to prevent this from happening again since everything was under my email address. The second account, phillip.j.ragusa, was recently started, and I was rebuilding my followers and follow requests there.
