I came across a Black Friday sale on Dr. Marten boots advertised on Instagram last month. Assuming it was a legitimate reseller, I decided to make a purchase. However, after being charged for my order, I realized I was being scammed by the "company." Despite my attempts to contact them for an order confirmation, I received no response and it's clear I have fallen victim to a fraudulent scheme. I am looking to reach out to Instagram to address this issue and inquire about possible solutions. If Instagram endorses advertisers, they should take responsibility for ensuring their legitimacy to protect users like me. I hope to either receive clarification from Instagram or their support in recovering funds from the deceitful company they allowed to advertise on their platform.

Hello, my name is Heather N. and I am from the United States. Lately, I've been struggling with logging into my account. I noticed I was being followed by many bots, so I changed my password and temporarily deactivated my account on December 14, [redacted], hoping the bots would disappear upon reactivation. However, when I tried to log back in the next day, I got messages saying "No users found" and "incorrect password" as I had forgotten my new password. Despite reaching out to Instagram through various channels and filling out multiple support forms, I didn't receive any assistance. Another user with a similar issue was able to recover their account after two months through a specific email from Instagram that included a link to reactivate the account. I have been repeatedly filling out support forms in the hopes of receiving this email with the link. I recently tried to log into my Instagram account xvisuali, and it indicated that I had been logged out. Concerned about a possible hack, I promptly changed my password and regained access. A few months ago, I made the decision to temporarily disable my Instagram account. Today, when attempting to log back in, I realized I had forgotten my password. Upon entering my e-mail address, I received a notification stating that there was no account associated with it. Thinking my account might have been deleted, I tried creating a new one, only to find out that my e-mail was already in use, which is accurate. Now I find myself stuck. I can't receive an e-mail to reset my password, and creating a new account isn't an option due to the same e-mail being linked to my disabled account. I even attempted logging in through my Facebook account, but that did not solve the issue. I am hopeful that someone here can assist me with this predicament. Thank you.

My account was disabled unexpectedly. I was logged out one day due to an error, but I could log in on other devices except for my phone app. After three days of trying, I managed to access my account briefly. However, the following day, I was logged out again, this time receiving a message that my Instagram account was disabled. I believe it happened without me violating any guidelines or terms. I suspect my account might have been hacked. Despite filling out forms with my picture and code, I have been unsuccessful in recovering it.

Hello, I'm in the process of setting up product tagging for my Instagram business account: IG: @cravequake. My account is connected to a Facebook page named cravequake, of which I'm the admin. The FB page has a connected product catalog that is accessible in my shop. Despite having the accounts linked, I'm unable to tag products on @cravequake IG or find any options in the settings. I have also attempted to connect my products through Shopify sales channels, but it indicates that I'm ineligible for product tagging. I assure you that I am compliant with the Instagram Commerce Policy. A few days ago, I deactivated my Instagram account to take a break. After reactivating it, all was normal until today when I found out that my account has been permanently disabled. I am unsure if it was hacked as I haven't shared my password. I am upset and confused as I've never violated any terms in all the years of having my account. This morning, I tried to open my Instagram app and found that I was logged out. My Instagram account, Bwep_, was banned unexpectedly. Without any violations or harassment, the ban seems unjustified. The only communication I had was with my private group chat. I suspect the ban was a result of my friends jokingly reporting me excessively within the private group chat, which was meant in jest. Instagram, I kindly request assistance in restoring my account. I recently logged out of my Instagram account to switch to my business account. 1. I have an existing account, @lifeisdeebubbles, and had a previous account, @cool.beans075, that was hacked and deleted. I wanted to create a new account but Instagram does not allow me to do so on my device. Therefore, I created a new account successfully on a friend’s phone with the correct name and password. However, Instagram on my phone still does not let me log in to the new account, @itskarla____. I have tried logging out of @lifeisdeebubbles, deleting the app, restarting my phone, and refreshing everything, but I still cannot log in to either @itskarla____ or @lifeisdeebubbles. When I try using email addresses on file, only one email address works, which is [redacted] I have been unable to resolve this issue despite sending hand-written verification codes to prove my identity. Please assist me as I have been facing this problem for weeks now. 2. I used [redacted] and previously used @[redacted] and [redacted], all on an iPhone. 3. I have requested support for @cool.beans, @lifeisdeebubbles, and @itskarla____.
