Good morning, A few hours ago, my account was compromised, and I have lost access as the username has been changed to "german__20_u5." Originally, it was set as "briarsdevelopments," changed from "yfz450nora" on 7/11/18. My account was linked to my former email, [redacted], which I no longer have on my phone to receive any password reset emails. Luckily, "german__20_u5" hasn't made any changes yet. I started off wanting more Instagram followers, so I followed many people hoping for follow backs. However, I soon realized I was becoming addicted to the app and regretted it. I successfully unfollowed those I didn't know, leaving me with 2,[redacted] following. To improve my feed, I reduced my following to 1,[redacted] which led to a temporary 24-hour block. After trying to unfollow more, I received another 36-hour block. Even after unfollowing only 2 accounts post-ban, I got blocked yet again. It's frustrating, and I just want to avoid a spam-filled feed. My Instagram handle is aaronharman12018. Thank you.

Dear IG Team, I received a notification today that my IG account has been disabled, stating a violation of the company's terms of use without explanation. I have used this account for 6 years, with 93k followers, to support my family as a single mom. I appeal for the reinstatement of my account. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my former business Instagram account. The platform insists on sending a security code via SMS to verify the account, but it is attempting to send it to my business's landline instead of my mobile phone, causing me to be unable to receive the code. I inadvertently removed the email address associated with the account some time ago by mistakenly clicking on a link in an email from Instagram. Despite my efforts in the help center, I have not found a solution to my problem. As a result, I had to create a new Instagram business account. When trying to detach the old account from my Facebook Page to run ads on Instagram through Facebook ads, I kept receiving a message stating that it is already linked to my inaccessible previous Instagram account, @buenavidanottingham. The email address linked to it before removal was [redacted] I would like to either regain access to or delete my old account in order to connect my current one, @bvfitnessnottm, to my Facebook Page with the email [redacted]

Hello, I have an old account with your company, but I forgot the password. I tried to recover it using the email associated with the account (l_.gmz). However, I no longer have access to that email, and Microsoft has not been helpful. As a result, I am unable to change my password. I'm hoping you can assist me in changing the email address for that account (l_.gmz). Hello, I encountered an issue while attempting to set up a new Instagram account for my business using my business email, [redacted], with the username gogletguillaume. After providing my age, the page refreshed to the sign-up phase. When I tried to sign up again using the same email and username, it indicated that they were not available, so I assumed the initial sign-up was successful. However, upon trying to log in, I received a notification stating that my account had been disabled for violating terms and conditions, despite never having accessed the account or being aware that the sign-up process had gone through. I followed the instructions provided after clicking 'learn more,' but every time I uploaded a file verifying the legitimacy of my business, the page simply reloaded, leading me back to the login stage. Good morning, A few hours ago, my account was hacked, and I have lost complete access to it. The username has been changed to "german__20_u5," whereas it was originally set up as "briarsdevelopments." I had previously changed the account name from yfz450nora on 7/11/18. I encountered an issue while trying to create a new Instagram account to add to my existing ones. After entering my email and password, I reached the username selection screen. I opted for a suggested username and tried to view more suggestions but ultimately chose one that was allegedly already taken. Surprised, I tried a different username only to be notified that my email was already linked to another account. Assuming the first username might have worked, I proceeded to log in but received a message saying my account was disabled for violating guidelines. This caused confusion as I hadn't even managed to create the account. Now I can't access the account, if it indeed exists, and I'm unable to use the email again. Instagram's customer service is not responsive, so I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am in need of urgent assistance on Instagram. My account handle is @nicoleeeveedavis, and starting in June of this year, I have been dealing with severe harassment from an unknown individual on the platform. They are continuously creating fake accounts, sometimes over 20 a day, to bully, slander, and harass me. The harassment includes tagging me in hurtful content, leaving threatening comments and racial slurs on my posts, harassing my followers, and even using multiple accounts to send me death threats and racial slurs. They are attacking my friends, family, and collaborators as well. Despite my efforts to block and report these accounts, they persist in their harmful behavior. I have gathered over 1,[redacted] pieces of evidence, but it seems like Instagram is not addressing the situation effectively. I feel unsafe and overwhelmed by this ongoing harassment. I seek assistance in putting a stop to this harassment and ensuring the safety of myself and others. Your help in blocking this individual's IP address or limiting their ability to create fake accounts would be greatly appreciated. Hello team, I have been attempting to reach out to you since yesterday regarding my Instagram account issue. I deactivated my account with the username "aarsha1101" on Wednesday, November 28th. I used the same email to contact you as my account is linked to it. Despite receiving emails from Instagram until that Wednesday, when I tried to log in again, I received an error message stating that the user was not found and did not recognize my credentials. Even though searching for my account using "@aarsha1101" displays my old account picture, I am unable to access it. I also own another account under the username "damsel1126" that was associated with the same phone number. However, I changed the phone number and email for that account recently to avoid any password reset issues. When attempting to reset the password, an email address that is not mine is displayed, leading me to believe there may have been unauthorized changes. My primary concern is that my Instagram account might have been linked to Facebook without my knowledge, as creating an account through Facebook resulted in a new account being made. Despite previous attempts to reach out on Twitter and through email, I have yet to receive assistance. The latest password reset email I received did not help resolve the issue. I have a list of accounts that bait users into hateful arguments resulting in physical harm. I am prepared to share this list with Instagram under the condition that the platform permanently removes these harmful profiles. If not, my team will step in, potentially leading to Instagram's loss over a manageable issue. I cannot disclose my identity, location, or the email used for contact. Instagram must act swiftly to address this issue, or my team will take over with zero-tolerance policies. Additional time may be granted with valid reasons. My account, @aminadabandis, was hacked yesterday. The hackers changed my username, password, email, and more. Instagram has not helped me despite multiple attempts to report the stolen account. They also hacked my email, Amazon, PayPal, and banking information. This account contains over [redacted] of my personal photos, including pictures of my minor children. I originally owned this account under Suzqz3672z. I urgently request the removal of this page as I had to create a new one from scratch. I can still observe my account being used by the individual from Russia who caused chaos in my personal matters. Take down the account immediately. - Susan Mooney

Recently, my friends played a prank on me which led to me sending a vulgar picture on Instagram at their request. Regrettably, my account was disabled immediately. I acknowledge my error in judgment and take full responsibility for my actions. I understand that what I did was against Instagram's guidelines. I am sincerely sorry for my mistake. I recently fell victim to a prank by my friends. I received an inappropriate image from one of them and, against my better judgment, I sent it back to him via Instagram direct message. Subsequently, my account was disabled or removed from Instagram. I cannot locate my account or access Instagram from my phone.
