I was trying to check up on my posts and view my feed. ... I opened the Instagram app this afternoon and it said I was logged out. As I logged back in, a box popped up saying my account has been disabled for violating instagrams rules. I have never broken any rules based on the Instagram standards so I am very confused why this is happening. I have an account with *K followers and post photos about my everyday life and career as a model in Boston. My account has been growing rapidly the past few months which makes me think Instagram thought I was using an app to buy followers (***% false, all my followers are natural). I contact many of my employers through Instagram which will become an issue if the account is not up and running soon. I have emailed Instagram and filled out forms several times today and have yet to hear back. Overall, I think there has been some sort of mistake and would really appreciate if my account was active again.
This was especially frustrating because I have never had this problem before and am confused on where I went wrong.
They could make this right by identifying the situation and restoring my account so I can use it again.
I have been a loyal customer to Instagram for over * years and have never abused their standards. I use the app on the daily to scroll, post, like, and comment. I am not a ghost or hacker or posting discouraging content which is why I am confused on why my account is gone.
I’ve already tried filling out multiple forms multiple times from the Instagram support center, calling the support number, and emailing Instagram directly.
