Hello, I'm encountering an issue when trying to boost my posts on Instagram. Every time I attempt to promote a post, I am prompted with a message requiring me to review and accept the non-discrimination policy promptly to avoid campaign disruptions. Upon clicking the link provided, I was redirected to a Facebook page where I logged in with the correct account and accepted the terms of service, which seemed successful as it stated, "You have accepted these terms of service on behalf of [redacted][redacted]." However, despite accepting the terms, I have observed a decline in the effectiveness of my Instagram promotions ever since seeing this message. I had hoped that accepting the terms through Facebook would resolve the issue, but my promotions are still not yielding the expected results. I have attempted to locate alternative pages where I can accept the non-discrimination policy to no avail. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance in navigating this matter. Thank you, Marresa K. @marresak

I recently uploaded a portfolio of pictures to my Instagram. Unfortunately, half of the photos uploaded as black or white images. I only noticed this hours later, and now it's too late to delete them without losing the likes and comments on them. I want to keep the engagement but replace the bad images with the correct ones. Is there any way to do this without creating a new post and bothering my followers? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as this is important to me.

Recently, I believe my Instagram account was hacked. I have been getting emails warning me of password change attempts, urging me to click links or enter codes, which I know is risky. Today, when I tried to access Instagram on my phone after receiving another email about the password change, I couldn't log in. By trying on my computer, I was able to access the account, but all my content - followers, pictures - is gone, making it seem like a new account. I've tried the help resources without success. I'm concerned this breach could impact my Facebook account, which I heavily rely on. I clicked on a reset link from one email, but it's now inactive. How can I recover my Instagram account? Thank you.

Hello, I just wanted to bring to your attention a page that has been suspended for 5 months due to a reported picture that belonged to another individual. The page owner was unaware that the picture was not theirs. I believe it is unjust to keep the page suspended, considering the time and money invested in building it. Kindly reconsider and reactivate her account as her page, "Arab Problems," plays a significant role in uniting our Arab community. The Report #: [redacted][redacted]. My name is John, and I'm reaching out on her behalf as she has made numerous attempts to contact your team without success. Your cooperation in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My name is Chelsea Hill, and my Instagram account, @p.o.c.a.l.o.v.e, was hacked and deleted on November 18, [redacted]. The name displayed was Poca’Hontas, and the email linked to the account is [redacted] Before deletion, the hacker changed it to @afuckinjoke1. I have filed a police report with case number [redacted]5 in Cobb County, Georgia. My account was essential for my business, with 15.9k followers. Even though I've created a new page, I'm unable to reconnect with my business contacts. I can provide identification, including a photo holding a sign to confirm my identity. I'm willing to pay for assistance; my old account meant a lot to me, and I've always followed Instagram's rules. Please help me recover my old Instagram page. Your support is greatly appreciated. Respectfully, Chelsea Hill

My Instagram account was disabled for violating the terms of service. This occurred due to employing an agency that used improper methods to increase our following. Unaware of their actions until the account was disabled, we inquired and discovered the cause. As a major advertiser on Facebook, investing around $[redacted],[redacted] in ads, our Instagram account is pivotal for future plans. With the agency dismissed, we are committed to complying with all terms going forward. Urgently needing assistance, we have been waiting for a response for 6 days. If you are able to expedite our case, I will provide you with the email correspondence with Instagram for further insight into our situation.

Hello, I need assistance with regaining access to my account. I updated my two-factor authentication from SMS to using Duo Mobile, but I am now unable to log in to my Instagram. I recently changed devices and need to reconnect my Duo Mobile account, but I no longer have the recovery codes. The last time I accessed my account was on November 7, [redacted], with my old device. Without the recovery codes, I cannot log in to get the new codes. Is there a way to obtain new recovery codes without logging into my account? Alternatively, can the two-factor authentication be completely turned off so I can log in successfully? Thank you for your help. - JS

On Monday night at 6:48 PM, my Instagram account was hacked from an iPhone 6s in Indianapolis, Indiana. The hacker changed my username, deleted my highlights, and altered my email and password. I regained access through my linked Facebook account. Since then, I've been repeatedly logged out and received emails asking me to verify login attempts from unknown locations, including Russia. Despite changing my password multiple times, the issue persists. This morning, I experienced a similar breach in my Apple account. I'm feeling frustrated and unsure about how to resolve this alarming situation.

Hi, my name is Freddie Feliciano, and my Instagram account "nbafreddie" was hacked. The hacker changed the account name to "kajarjessie" and removed my linked phone number and Facebook account, which is under the name Freddie Feliciano. There are two pictures of me under the "kajarjessie" account that I can verify. Please assist me as I am currently unable to access my account. You can reach me at "[redacted]", and I have provided images below for verification. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Upon attempting to log in to Instagram on Monday, November 19, [redacted], I was shocked to find myself logged out, with an error message indicating my account had been disabled for alleged violations I'm certain I didn't commit. I diligently filled out the appeal form and was asked to verify my identity by submitting a photo holding a specific code, which I promptly did. Unfortunately, Instagram claimed the photo was insufficient, despite my careful adherence to their instructions. I repeatedly tried to appeal, submitting photos as requested, but received no further responses from Instagram support. Four days have passed, and my account, valuable for its content and followers, remains inaccessible. It would immensely upset me to lose it. I simply wish to regain access to my account without further hurdles. Username: mollymo27

I had a disturbing experience with a coworker on your social media platform. Despite blocking him after receiving an unsolicited explicit image, I've had to report this incident at work. Now, they are requesting proof in the form of a screenshot from the conversation. I feel unsafe to unblock him and retrieve the evidence myself. Is there a way you can assist by accessing our messages or archives to provide the necessary information? His Instagram handle is @tito4gsus, and his name is maybe Tito Enrique Proaño Alcívar. I would appreciate any support you could offer in this matter. Thank you, Olivia Crawford.

I need assistance regarding my business account, After School Kid, username @afterschoolkid1, promoting kids' activities in Nottingham, UK. There's a fake promotion selling trainers for 22 euros, claiming to be Vans, which I did not approve. The promotion is receiving many likes, and when I click on it, it shows under my name (@afterschoolkid1). Despite changing passwords and enabling 2-factor authentication, I can't access the ad's backend to delete it. The website linked in the ad, www.streetfootwears.club, is reported as a scam. Please advise on how to stop this unauthorized promotion immediately.

To whom it may concern, I am George Monroe from Columbia, Missouri. I believe that by combining essential elements of various successful applications, including yours, we can create a new platform to access multiple services conveniently in one place. Potential profits could increase significantly, up to three times more, if the three primary developers I have reached out to can collaborate while maintaining their independence. Our team has already implemented key design features in the new application we are developing that aim to improve user experience, simplicity, and enhance the app's appeal, ultimately leading to higher profits. If your team is interested in exploring this further, please contact me via email at [redacted] Time is of the essence, as the involvement of your team is crucial to garner the interest of other developers. Dear Support Team, I was informed that my colleague is experiencing difficulty accessing her account. When she tried to reset the password, it was sent to a different account. She can provide all the necessary sign-in details and passwords used on her account. The current email on her account has been deleted since this morning, and it is not associated with her. She did not have any additional security measures like two-factor authentication, a mobile phone number, or a linked Facebook profile. Is there a way to assist in recovering her account to her old email address provided below? Username: pannifabian Email: [redacted] Please let us know if more information is needed. Thank you for your help. Regards, Anexo

My phone recently died, causing me to get logged out of my second Instagram account, azrzmz. I am also the user of abigailxmoore. Despite trying various passwords, I am unable to access my azrzmz account. The SMS retrieval method redirects me to my main account, abigailxmoore, as they share the same number. When I use the email recovery option, only partial information about the linked email is provided, making it challenging to retrieve the password. If I could access the full email, I could reset the password. Unfortunately, all characters are starred out. I used the account just three days ago and am desperate to regain access. I have alternative emails available to receive a password reset link. Please assist me in resolving this issue as none of the methods I've tried so far have been successful.

I have been unable to access my account on Instagram for weeks now. They are requesting me to verify that the @iishiB account belongs to me, Aisha Renèe (flyiisha), through a link sent to an old email address ([redacted]) I no longer use. Despite numerous attempts to contact Instagram's customer service to update my email to [redacted], I have not been successful. To resolve this, I even purchased the domain www.happylittletreesdesign.com to check for any mails sent there, but the verification link has not been sent. The situation is incredibly frustrating, especially after changing my email on the account before being locked out. I urge Instagram to send the verification link to my current email [redacted]

On February 26th, my Instagram account, previously under the name adriankenny, was hacked. I received three concerning emails that morning. The hacker had changed the email associated with my account, altered the password, and removed the phone number linked to it. Additionally, my Instagram was disconnected from Facebook, leaving me helpless in recovering it. Every attempt I have made to regain access only leads to a link being sent to my original hotmail account, which was compromised. This link does not allow me to reset my account; instead, it directs me to a page where resetting options like Facebook, phone number, or email are suggested. Unfortunately, none of these options work for me as the hacker has changed all relevant details, even using a Russian email address ending in .ru. I am entirely reliant on Instagram's intervention to either revert the email back to my hotmail or assist in recovering my account.

I have been using my Instagram account for a few years now, but this morning I discovered that all my photos and information had disappeared. When I tried to log in, my username 'Candorks' was not accepted. Additionally, the support center did not recognize my email address ([redacted]) or phone number ([redacted]) linked to the account. I did not receive any notifications about password resets or unauthorized access attempts. My account is crucial for my personal and professional life, and I urgently need to recover my photos and followers. I am willing to change my username; however, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this through the website so far. Thank you for your assistance. - C. Opperman

My account was disabled last Friday (23rd November) without warning, and I'm unsure of the reason. Despite attempting to appeal, I have not received a response. Even with a new account, I am unable to log in on my phone, likely due to my IP address also being banned. This situation is hindering my work promotion efforts. It is frustrating not being able to speak to a live person at Instagram for assistance. The account in question is vassilisdimitros, associated with the email [redacted] I hope to receive a genuine reply soon.

Hello, I was cleaning up my phone and accidentally deleted Instagram to clear out old accounts. Now, I can't access my personal account under @bigdonbently because my phone number was linked to a secondary account I created instead of my main one. I didn't use an email for this account, only a phone number, which is now not connected. I would appreciate any help in recovering my account.
