Hello, I am Laetitia. I believe my Instagram account, instagram.com/yung_tit, has been wrongly disabled. Today I attempted to log in but was unable to do so. My account was used in a positive manner, and I didn't engage in any spamming activities. Unfortunately, it seems that my perpetrator might have played a role in reporting or disabling my account due to discovering my interactions with other victims. This situation has left me distressed. I have always used Instagram appropriately for over three years, treating it as a daily visual diary without sharing any inappropriate or illegal content.

On Friday, 11/9/13, our account "langehair" was utilizing a third-party platform called YOTPO, which serves as a reviews widget and marketing platform. This platform allows companies like ours to collect User-Generated Content (UGC) from users or influencers who have tagged us in their photos. We have a pre-set comment that is posted to engage with these users, but it seems to have triggered a spam filter. Despite the 24-48 hour timeframe mentioned, we have been blocked since at least Saturday, and the restriction has not been lifted as expected. We have made efforts to update our profile and bio to demonstrate that we are not a spam account. It's crucial for us to have this issue resolved promptly as our comments are not going through as intended.

Hello, my name is Olivia B., and I am a pastry chef. I created a work account using my mom's email as I was already using mine for personal use. I accidentally deleted the app while living in Barcelona and forgot the password. When trying the "forgot my password" procedure, I discovered I misspelled my mom's email when creating the account, rendering it non-existent. Now that I am in my hometown of Bolivia, I'm unable to access the account, which is linked to my personal account "oliviabubetz." You can verify this by checking both bios. The lost account is "carboholicc_" and is indicated in the bio. It was created as a business profile, and my email and phone number are visible for contact. I have all the original photos on my phone and can provide any necessary documentation to prove my ownership. Please understand the significance of this account to me as all my work is stored there. I have encountered an issue with my iPhone X on Instagram for over a week now. I am unable to like posts, comment, or upload a post with a caption. Despite deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times and updating it to the latest version, the problems persist. I have submitted reports and feedback through the Helpline, but I believe they are not being addressed. Even on Instagram's Facebook page, I see many others struggling with similar issues without receiving a response. I am frustrated and unsure of where to seek assistance. It is disappointing that there appears to be a lack of effective customer service or a way to file an official report for resolution.

A few weeks ago, my Instagram profile @fedecioccia94 was hacked. In a panic, I contacted Instagram support with my username and email. They requested more information, but in the meantime, I had resolved the issue by following the procedure to regain access to my account after finding out my email was changed. I updated my email and everything seemed fine until today around 2:30 PM when my Instagram account was suddenly deleted without warning. I immediately tried to reach out to Instagram support, who sent me a code to verify my identity, but my efforts were unsuccessful.

A few weeks ago, I had the Instagram profile @fedecioccia94 installed. In a panic, I contacted support providing my username and email. They asked for more information, but in the meantime, I found a notification that the email associated with Instagram had been changed along with the procedure to regain access to the account. I informed Instagram that I had resolved the issue. I immediately changed my email and everything seemed fine until today around 2:30 PM when my Instagram account was suddenly deleted without warning. I tried an assistance command that gave me a code to take a photo and send it back, but it didn't work.

I have been trying to deactivate my account today but keep getting an error message stating that I can only disable my account once a week. I am certain I have not done so within the past seven days. My username is @SharonKirubi, and my phone number is ([redacted])-[redacted]. I do not understand the reason for this restriction, as users should have the freedom to disable their accounts when they choose. Nevertheless, my last successful attempt to deactivate was more than a week ago. I wish to deactivate my account immediately and not have to wait. I believe my last deactivation was early last week, possibly on Monday, making it over a week ago. Please provide guidance promptly. Thank you. I'm experiencing an issue when trying to provide information on the photos I share, as I'm receiving a message saying I've been temporarily blocked for possibly misusing the feature by going too fast. Hello, my name is Siohvan Smith. I have multiple accounts with your platform: 1. Siohvan (the hacked account) 2. siohvan_music 3. paradiseparkboutique My Siohvan account was hacked, and the username was changed to "mckinley19luc". The hacker also changed my contact email address, as I received an email at [redacted] notifying me of a password change on Instagram. However, when I tried to reset the password using my email address, it said "no users found". When I used my phone number, I received a text message with a link that led me to my siohvan_music page. I tried to reset the password there but got a message to "please wait a few minutes and try again". Even after waiting up to 30 minutes, I kept getting the same message or a link to reset on my phone, creating a loop. When logging out and trying to log in to the "Siohvan" account from the siohvan_music profile, I get a pop-up saying "Sorry, we couldn't log you in". I have exhausted all options, including calling customer service at [redacted], which only gave me pre-recorded steps that didn't work. Thank you, Siohvan Smith

On Veteran's Day, my Instagram account was "hacked" and taken over by someone who has since replaced my name with theirs, claiming credit for my work of over [redacted] photographs from the past 2-3 years. Not only did they change my name, but they are also thanking my followers for comments and claiming my work as their own. Each photo has my signature on it, which can be verified by checking my original website that the hacker has taken over. Despite reaching out to Instagram for the past 3 days and providing evidence of the theft, there has been no response or investigation into the matter. I am unable to fill out the required forms on my mobile phone. I am prepared to take further action if necessary to reclaim my account used for client prospects in photography. I am desperate for a solution to regain control of my account. Sincerely, Dan Van Buskirk. My ultimate goal is for the hacker to lose control and for the account to be returned to me. Around 2 weeks ago, between 10/29 and 10/31, an individual repeatedly attempted to access my Instagram account. Despite managing to change my username, password, and email initially, as my account was linked to Facebook, I could swiftly regain access and update my password before significant harm occurred. Subsequently, I activated 2-Step Verification for added security. Despite the user circumventing this protection temporarily, I reinforced my account's security further by implementing an additional 2-Step Verification method, effectively preventing any further unauthorized access. Yesterday, on 9/13, approximately at 9:45 p.m. (CT), my Instagram account was inaccessible, although I had used it earlier the same day around 5:00 p.m. (CT). I suspect the account was disabled due to the suspicious login activities. I am eager to retrieve access to my account. Thank you for your assistance.

I need help verifying my account on Instagram. The email address where they are sending the verification code is incorrect because I misspelled it. I have been trying to provide them with proof of my identity through pictures with the received codes, my face, and descriptions of my posts, but I am not making progress. I have also attempted to reset my password, but I can't access it due to the wrong email linked to the account. I have been in touch with Instagram multiple times via email and phone to no avail. I manage an account with 18.9k followers who tag us in their posts and stories regularly. However, when attempting to share these mentions to our own story, I encounter an issue where the option to "share to my story" does not appear. Instead, it only provides options to send it to individuals, similar to sharing from a private account. This is causing significant inconvenience for our business operations as it restricts our ability to efficiently run our social media pages and collaborate with other companies on events. I have tried signing out, deleting and reinstalling the app, but these standard troubleshooting steps have not resolved the problem. I have downloaded the latest version of Instagram, updated my Android phone, and even tried logging in from another device to see if the problem persists, but the issue remains unresolved. Whenever someone tags me in their story, I do not have the option to "add this to your story." Instead, it just shows that I've been tagged. I am unsure why this is happening or how to fix it. The user (Richard Hubert Albert Laws) needs to change his username, "blasting_juice_quicksand," as it is offensive and inappropriate, especially towards his female colleagues. Despite being a web developer, he continues to use this problematic screen name, affecting those around him negatively. Richard may claim it refers to a harmless subject like Japanese cuisine, but it clearly alludes to explicit content. Urge Instagram to intervene and request a name change without requiring profile removal. The insensitive joke is hurtful and unwarranted, despite repeated requests for him to rectify the situation. Assistance is appreciated.

Two days ago, I opened my Instagram app on my phone and instead of my usual page, it welcomed me as a new user. My business page, "ddcustom," with around 12,[redacted] followers, [redacted] images, and private messages, had disappeared. I started receiving emails about password resets and username changes which added to my panic. I reported the issue to Instagram multiple times but received no response. I managed to find my stolen motorcycle image on Instagram, which led me to the person who took over my page, bragaremilia. Despite reporting them multiple times and asking my Facebook followers to report the impersonator, the situation remains unresolved. I am at a loss about what steps to take next to recover my page. Any assistance in resolving this would be highly appreciated.

My friend used my phone to log into his account, and since then, I've had trouble logging into mine. Whenever I try, I receive a message saying, "Sorry, there was a problem with your request." It's strange because I logged out of my account to let him log in as my phone wasn't letting me add an account. Considering my friend's account was taken down due to hacking, could that be affecting my login issues? I can access my account using Safari but not the app. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this matter on my phone.

Greetings, I am writing to you because lately I have been having issues with my Instagram account (matte_2930_). A few weeks ago, I experienced several repeated hacker attacks on my Instagram profile, causing damage to the account. When I managed to activate "two-factor authentication" to solve this problem, Instagram deactivated my account for not complying with the Terms. I reported the issue by sending a photo with a code next to my face as requested. I HAVE NEVER INTENDED TO VIOLATE ANY CONDITIONS STATED IN INSTAGRAM'S RULES. I look forward to hearing back from you.
