Our organization's Instagram account is now asking our social media team for a security code upon login. The account is linked to my work email and a former co-worker's phone number. Despite requesting a code via email and reaching out to IS at our organization, we have not received any codes from Instagram. We've checked our spam filters and tried contacting Instagram through their help center, but have not received assistance. The instructions provided by Instagram are outdated or inaccurate, making it challenging to resolve the issue. Instagram is crucial for us to communicate with the public about ocean conservation and science literacy, so we urgently require support.

Our meme page aims to spread joy among members of Ridgeland High School Honors Academy without causing offense. The post in question, a "tag yourself" meme, garnered our highest engagement yet with over [redacted] likes. Here are the reasons why we believe the removal was unwarranted: 1. We used photos from school staff directories in a parody context, which we believe falls within our legal right to utilize them. 2. Our memes are intended for our specific community and are no less appropriate than other content. 3. The "tag yourself" meme prompted genuine and positive interactions among our followers. 4. Our content did not contain anything illegal or offensive. 5. We did not disparage or disrespect any members of the Instagram community. 6. Our post did not touch on self-injury, ensuring compliance with this guideline. 7. The meme did not discuss any newsworthy events, staying within guidelines. I have been struggling for days to access my Instagram account. Despite having the correct username and password, I am unable to log in as it prompts me to enter a security code sent to my email. Upon requesting the code, the partially obscured email address seems correct, but I never receive the email. When attempting to reset my password, the system claims there is no account associated with my email. It appears that I may have originally entered the wrong email address during sign-up. I am using the same phone, so I am unsure why additional verification is required. The recovery messages are supposedly going to “b*******[redacted],” matching my email. I am certain of my username and password, which I have not changed. I am seeking assistance as I am exhausted from attempting to solve this issue independently.

I used Instagram to change my password because I noticed an old phone number in my account. I updated it to my current number. However, when logging in, I was prompted for a security code sent to the old number, which is no longer in use. My account wasn't linked to Facebook. Hello, I seem to be experiencing a mix-up with my Instagram accounts. I have two accounts, one for my art clients @eabpaintings and my personal account @eab (previously @eaburgo). It seems like my @eaburgo account has been hacked. The hacker changed the email and the Instagram handle. I have attached the same images I previously sent. You will notice that I am in all the pictures, similar to my @eabpaintings account. Please assist me as someone has taken control of my account. My daughter helped me locate the account using a hashtag I typically use (#eaburgo) and found a photo where I was tagged, but the handle had been changed. I am experiencing an issue with my Instagram account where I do not have access to features like Polls, GIFs, and Stickers. I am using an LG G6 with Android 8.0. Despite formatting my phone multiple times, reinstalling Instagram, and even trying my account on a friend's phone that has these features, they do not appear on my account. Strangely, when I created a new account on the same phone, the new account had all the features. I suspect my personal account may be blocked from receiving these features. I have updated the app through Google Play Store and have reported the issue to Instagram multiple times without receiving a response. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this. Thank you.

I have been unable to access my Instagram account for a month now. The error message I receive states that the link is broken and the address is invalid. Surprisingly, I can still view my account from a friend's phone, indicating that it has not been deleted. However, I am unable to access it from my own device or any other device. Despite my account being active, I am locked out and unable to use it. I continue to receive notifications via email, but when I try to access my account through the email link, it shows as invalid. I am reaching out to seek assistance from Instagram in regaining access to my account.

My Instagram account got hacked. There was an email in another language from Instagram in my inbox. I couldn't log in, and my friends showed me the changes made to my profile: a different name and picture. When I contacted Instagram, they were not helpful as the account information was altered by the hacker. If the support team checks the previous details, they will see that I knew the original info before the hack. Many of my friends reported the hacked page. I feel lost; my kids' pictures are now on someone else's account, and I've lost access. Numerous followers can confirm this situation. When attempting to log back in, Instagram is flagging an unusual login and sending a security code to an unfamiliar email address, "Email: b*******1@b*.ru," which is not associated with me. Hi, I am reaching out because I am unable to access my Instagram account - Meganhiggins4. This is my primary account, but I also have another one associated with it, tinymiggins. Every time I attempt to log in to Meganhiggins4 and select 'forgot my password,' it allows me to reset using my phone number. However, when I enter the code, it logs me into tinymiggins instead. If I try to reset the password using my username or email address, it claims to have sent an email to my address [redacted], but I never receive it. I have been trying for nearly a day, and BT confirms there are no issues with my email account. Please help me regain access to my Meganhiggins4 account promptly. Hello, I want to report that all three of my accounts were hacked yesterday, including @eabpaintings for my art clients, @eab (formerly @eaburgo) for personal use, and @bahiatheweimi for my dog. Although the @eabpaintings account is now back in my control, the other two are compromised, likely by a Russian account. The hacker changed the email addresses and the Instagram handles for these accounts. I have attached the same images as before to show that I am the original owner, as seen on the @eabpaintings account. My daughter helped me identify the hacked accounts using hashtags and found a tagged photo with the altered handle. The hackers with the usernames @nuadaradhalle and @mnemathhugifyn have taken over my @eab (previously eaburgo) and @bahiatheweimi accounts, respectively. I have also included the hackers' email used to access my accounts. Despite attempts to recover my accounts through Instagram messages and password changes, I have been unsuccessful. I have tried reaching out for help over the past 24 hours but only received automated responses from Instagram. I urgently need help as someone has hijacked my accounts. My daughter managed to locate the accounts by searching for a hashtag I use (#eaburgo) and found a tagged picture where the handle name had been altered. Attached are the new names the hackers are using: @nuadaradhalle took over my private account @eab (previously eaburgo), and @mnemathhugifyn took over @bahiatheweimi. I have also included the email addresses the hackers are using to access my accounts. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation based on Instagram's messages instructing me to reset the passwords, I have been unsuccessful. Please be aware that I have two email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] I have been tirelessly seeking assistance for the past 24 hours but have only received automated responses from Instagram. Hello everyone, I need your help. It has been over 10 days since my Instagram account was disabled without any valid reason or prior warning. I have diligently submitted proof and contacted the Instagram team via email every day in an attempt to recover my account, but unfortunately, my efforts seem to have been overlooked. I feel frustrated and powerless in this situation, as my pleas for assistance have gone unanswered and the lack of communication has been distressing. Losing access to my account has impacted me greatly, causing sleepless nights and a loss of joy. After my account "damienjewelry" was disabled, I followed your instructions to contact the complaining party "shambalajewels" to resolve the issue. Despite my pledge to remove all disputed photos I used without benefits, I am still waiting for a response. The account suspension has negatively impacted my career and business. Kindly reactivate my account on the condition that I remove the photos in question and refrain from posting any images related to "Shambalajewels." I am prepared to take full responsibility for any future violations and sanctions.

I recently created a new account on Instagram. After deleting the new account, I realized that I might have accidentally deleted my old account as well. When I tried to log back into my old account, I received a message stating that the user was not found. I asked my friends to search for my name on Instagram, but they couldn't find me in the search results. I would appreciate assistance in recovering my old Instagram account as I prefer not to create a new one.

I believe my girlfriend's Instagram account (@_diya_krishna_) may have been compromised as she is experiencing a sudden decrease in followers. She is an Instagram model and a minor celebrity in India due to her film background. This decline began after she engaged with a user named @abuthahirofficial, who claimed to help her get her account verified. I advised her to block and report him after realizing it was a scam. Since then, she has not gained any new followers and is losing about [redacted] followers per day. We have reported the issue to Instagram but have yet to receive any assistance. Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account with my page has been disabled, and I'm unable to unlink it from my Instagram, preventing me from switching back to a personal account. Despite the absence of current ads, Instagram still believes there are active promotions. I've attempted to resolve this by stopping promotional posts but have been unsuccessful. I hope to disconnect my Instagram from the disabled Facebook page and connect it to another account.
