I am unable to access my account, and upon attempting to log in, I received a message stating that I violated terms by pretending to be someone else on Facebook. This accusation is false, as I did not engage in such behavior. Despite contacting Instagram support multiple times and providing them with requested information such as my email, phone number, photo evidence, and my ID card, they have not assisted me in recovering my account. I believe my account was mistakenly deactivated, and I urge for assistance in getting it reinstated as I dedicated significant effort to its content within the platform and did not breach any regulations.

My Instagram account under the username "sosopinkypie" was disabled on October 29, [redacted]. I can't access my account, and it states that I violated terms by pretending to be someone else on Facebook, which is untrue. I've contacted Instagram support around 30 times, provided my email ([redacted]) used for the account creation, phone number, photo evidence, and my ID. Despite this, Instagram still believes I violated rules, and I need help to regain access. I've put in a lot of effort on my account and have not broken any rules. My Instagram account was hacked recently. Upon opening the app, I was forced to log back in only to discover that my account seemed to have vanished. Oddly enough, my followers could still view my pictures, and the account now belonged to someone named "heijigi." I even found a Russian email address linked to my profile. Despite reporting the imposter account and having several friends do the same, Instagram requested a photo of me holding a code on a piece of paper for verification. After complying with their instructions, they claimed they couldn't confirm my ownership. Frustratingly, I have provided screenshots showing my username and my face, yet the issue persists. My concern grows as sensitive images of my children are at risk. Although I wish to regain control of my account, if that isn't possible, I urge Instagram to delete it to prevent further problems. It's distressing to have a stranger in possession of my personal photos.

When I opened Instagram, I was shocked to find I had been logged out and then couldn't log back in as it said my account didn't exist. It seems my account has been hacked, and someone else is controlling it now, posting photos that aren't mine. Even after reaching out to Instagram help multiple times and having friends report the imposter account, the situation remains unresolved. Instagram asked me to provide a photo of myself with a specific code for verification, which I did as instructed. However, they claimed they couldn't verify the account was mine. My account contains personal photos and I have evidence of my previous login details, but Instagram refuses to acknowledge that the account belongs to me. I urge Instagram to restore my rightful access to my account instead of allowing the hacker to continue using it.

My Instagram account under the username "sosopinkypie" was disabled by Instagram on October 29, [redacted]. Since then, nobody can view my account, and whenever I attempt to sign in, it indicates that I was disabled for violating terms by pretending to be someone on Facebook. But this is false. I never pretended to be anyone else on Facebook or breached any rules. Instagram has made an error. I have tried to contact Instagram support approximately 20 times. They requested proof of my identity, to which I complied by sharing the email ([redacted]) linked to my account, as well as information about my phone number. Furthermore, I submitted photo evidence and a copy of my ID card. Regrettably, they are reluctant to assist me and do not believe that I am the rightful owner of the account unjustly deactivated. The issue began when another account, "chunchun06_09" (now "wallace_scc"), impersonated me and utilized my content to promote products on the platform. I reported this fraudulent activity to Instagram on 4/11/[redacted]. Shortly after, my account was unexpectedly banned. I am unaware of the exact reason behind this action taken by Instagram. The impostor account, "wallace_scc," then changed to target another user, "wallace_ccs," continuing their deceitful behavior. Despite my attempts to contact Instagram regarding this matter, I have yet to receive a response. I unknowingly got banned from Instagram for violating the terms of service. My account, "chunchun_o619," had over 2K genuine followers and was active. On 4/11/[redacted], I discovered that the account "chunchun06_09" (now "wallace_scc") was impersonating me, using my content to sell products. After reporting this to Instagram, my account was banned for unknown reasons. The fake account changed its name to "wallace_scc" and targeted another user, "wallace_ccs." I've tried to reach out to Instagram for help, but haven't received a response. My account is "chunchun_o619," and my email is "[redacted]" I hope this issue can be resolved as I am innocent. The items I ordered do not match the quality depicted in the photographs. Dear Get Human, I am reaching out in desperation for help with a recurring issue we are facing. Our digital marketing company handles numerous Instagram accounts, and after performing the annual reset on all the accounts by changing passwords and linked email addresses, we encountered a problem. Suddenly, the accounts were logged out, and Instagram prompted us to link the accounts to different phone numbers. During this process, the accounts appeared as "User Not Found." We managed to link the accounts to different numbers and restore their functionality, but Instagram continues to log us out repeatedly. It has been two weeks of this frustrating cycle. We are at our wits' end and seek assistance in escalating this matter to Instagram. Their lack of attention to user problems is extremely disheartening.

Hello, Instagram. It has been a week since my account @aianagrande was taken down due to copyright issues. I am perplexed by the takedown as I had ceased posting copyrighted content, particularly candids, after receiving warnings from you. My account serves as a fan page for Ariana Grande. Sadly, I have faced reports by numerous individuals who harbored ill feelings towards me, leading to the removal of my account. Instagram is a beloved app of mine, and being deprived of it for a week has been incredibly challenging. Losing this account, cultivated over four years with dedication, has been disheartening, especially since I rectified the issue and refrained from posting candids as soon as I was cautioned. Hello, my name is Martha Clark. My computer has been hacked into by someone named Ziahdapiimp Kaziah, also known as Jakiah Lena Enoch. They are still gaining access and controlling authorized content in my computer. This person has stolen my Instagram account, marthaclark745, and has taken over my Facebook by changing and duplicating photos. They are even sending inappropriate photos through my Gmail account in an attempt to get me suspended. My YouTube has been suspended due to violation policies, and I believe it's because this person has been putting up unauthorized photos. I am reporting all of this and have done some research, taking pictures from my phone to show the evidence. I need help to regain control of my accounts and stop this individual from accessing my personal information.

I recently disabled my Instagram account, @meganlandrigan. Upon attempting to log back in, it stated my password was incorrect. I utilized the "Forgot Password" option and entered my usual email, [redacted], yet it indicated no associated account. Trying my username, meganlandrigan, led to "user not found." Providing my phone number resulted in a new account, meganlandrigan3914. Upon trying to change this new account's username to "meganlandrigan," it became evident that my original account had been deleted by Instagram. Now left with a blank account under my original username, attempts to edit profile continually fail with an error message. I am perplexed as to why my original account was deleted when I only intended to temporarily disable it and seek assistance in recovering it.

I have had my Instagram logged in on my iPad because I did not have a phone for about a year. Today, I bought a new phone and attempted to log in, but encountered an error. When I tried to access the IG app on my iPad, it alerted me about a suspicious login attempt and required verification through email. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the email linked to my IG account, resulting in me being locked out of both devices. I have cherished my Instagram account for over 4 years, and it would be devastating if I cannot regain access. I have the username, password, and can provide any details necessary. My account was hacked on November 4th. The hacker first compromised my email account and then changed the email linked to my Instagram account, preventing me from accessing it. I reached out to support yesterday to verify my identity and reset the password. I changed my password using the link provided, but the hacker activated two-factor authentication on their email, blocking me from accessing my Instagram.
