I contacted them many times and discribed my problem detaily.*I sent them all identity proves which they requested, but they don’t wanna help me ... My Instagram account with the username: “sosopinkypie” *got disabled by Instagram on the **th Oktober ****. No one can see my account anymore. And when I try to log in it says that I got disabled because I violated the terms and I pretended to be someone else on Facebook.*But that’s not true! I didn’t pretend to be someone else on facebook, and I didn’t violated any terms. Instagram made a mistake. *So I contacted the Instagram support mail about ** times and they wanted me to prove my identity, so I did as they requested. I told them my e-mail with which I created my account and I told them about the phone and number I had. *I even sent them photo proves and my personal ID card. *But they don’t wanna help me and still don’t believe me that I’m the owner of my account that they deactivated my account by mistake. Please help me to get my account back, because I really worked hard on it and didn’t violated any rules.
They told to sent the E-mail with which I created the account, so they could help me. I did that many times but every time they answered that my identity isn‘t prooved and I should sent the proves, which I alteady did. *Also I told them I didn‘t violated any terms and they must‘ve made a mistake but they don’t wanna reactivate my account.
They could make this right by reactivating my account.
