If you are able to report an issue then go to the app and head to your personal profile on Instagram. If you are signed in, in the top right click the gear button. From there scroll down and click “Report Something” and follow the prompt. You should get an update via email or within the app. Reports can take up to 2 weeks to hear back from.

This person I use to talk to has an account under my name and is following people I follow and sending messages and sending photos of me and that person is threatening on me for something I didn’t do. I try to report it several times and the profile is still there. I want this person who ever he is to stop threatening me and bothering me I have him blocked but people I follow keep sending me messages from that person. Please remove him off Instagram please and thank you.
