Hello, I am Alex Sklar, the Lock Haven University Women's Volleyball Graduate Assistant. Our university's Director of Sports Information has requested us to clean up our old social media accounts. There is an old Instagram page for volleyball that we would like to have removed. This page does not accurately represent the university, and we want to maintain a consistent brand and image. We aim to have just one Instagram account to avoid confusion among our fans and potential students. I am the current Youth Pastor at Medway Church overseeing the "Medway Students" youth group. We are working on creating a Youth Group Instagram Account with that username. Our former youth pastor, Jim C., who initially set up the account, is willing to assist us, but he does not have access to the email associated with the account as it was a "Medway Church email address." He is unable to reset the account password. I am seeking assistance to recover this account without inconveniencing Jim further as he has left his position. I encountered some problems with my Instagram account, leading me to log out. Unfortunately, I am now unable to log back in, not only to my account but to any accounts on my iPhone 8. I faced a similar situation in the past where logging in through my Facebook account helped, but not this time. Even after trying to reset my password, the issue persisted. As suggested on a website, I opted to temporarily disable my account for six hours, hoping that would solve the problem upon reactivation. However, when I attempted to log in again, my account seemed to have vanished. Subsequently, I had to create a new account using my phone number and previous username but could not use my email address. Trying to access this new account on my device using various methods failed to yield results. I resorted to resetting my device, but to no avail. I am at a loss as to why this issue persists and am without further solutions.

I haven't logged into my account for almost one and a half months due to exams and spending too much time on Instagram. Today, when I tried to log in, I couldn't access my account because the email address and phone number linked to it have been changed by someone unknown to me. Upon investigating, I found an email from Instagram on August 27th stating that my email had been changed to [redacted], which is not my information. Hello, I have a few inquiries. I manage multiple accounts - my personal page and three business pages. I frequently submit photos for resharing, but I received a message from someone saying they can no longer reshare my photos. My accounts are set to public with resharing to stories enabled. I am unsure if there is a resharing button for feeds that I might be missing. Can you confirm if there is one? Additionally, I recently joined the beta program and can share music on my business pages' stories, but this feature is still not available on my personal account for some reason, although it's the only account I need it for. My app is up to date with all the latest updates. How can I resolve these issues? Your assistance would be appreciated.

My Instagram account was hacked, and although I changed the password, I am unable to access it without a security code. Despite providing the correct email address, I have not received the code. The forms on Instagram's help website only result in password reset emails, which do not provide the needed security code. I completed the necessary forms for hacked accounts but have not received the required code. I am requesting that Instagram send me the security code promptly to regain access to my account.

On 11/2/[redacted], I temporarily disabled my Instagram account with the email address [redacted] and username omarkwedar. I now face an issue where upon trying to sign in with the same email, I receive a message that the username is not found. If I attempt to sign up with the email, it mentions that there is an account associated with it, with details attached below. I also received a message from Instagram with my username and email address as mentioned in the attachment. I am seeking assistance to reactivate my temporarily deactivated account that I have had access to for over 3 years. I have provided some unique details that only I would know to verify ownership of the account. The account was accessed from various devices including a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 (S7272), Samsung Tab 2 10.1 (P5100), Instagram App for Windows 8.1, Infinix Zero 2 (X509), Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (N920C), and briefly from an iPhone 6. I used to connect the account through my Facebook account before accidentally changing it to another. Additionally, I had enabled Two-Step Verification on my mobile number +[redacted]62. I also recall changing the username to omar.m.salah and omarsalaheldin_.

My Instagram account was hacked last week, and someone is impersonating me, posting inappropriate content. Despite my attempts to report the account multiple times, it has not been taken down. The current content is not mine, and I urgently need my account restored. There are photos of my younger siblings that I need to retrieve, and my followers should not be exposed to the fake posts. I received a notification on 9/6 that the account was removed after reporting it as spam, but the issue persists. The imposter account is kendrick_3701_hunter, not me. I want the hacker's content removed immediately and my original content preserved upon regaining access to my account.

Hello Instagram team, I have been enjoying using the app, but I have encountered an issue with my Instagram story. I am unable to access the 'Questions' feature in my story, which is quite frustrating. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, such as deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but the feature still eludes me. Interestingly, the 'Questions' feature works on my other accounts, but since this particular account is important to me, it is disappointing not to be able to utilize this feature. My Instagram account was hacked on Friday, September 21, [redacted]. I couldn't log in. My username was cyust and the email was [redacted] Feeling lost, I created a new account as carenyust to investigate. While checking my mom's account, I saw my profile under the name nasidaclare. Someone else controlled my page and pictures. Furthermore, someone else is now using my username cyust for a private account. I tried seeking help for my hacked account, but nothing happened as the new account appeared okay. I removed the new account for clarity but I'm still struggling to recover my original profile with all my pictures. When I attempt to sign in with my old username, the person using cyust gets the emails. There are two potential hackers: one controlling my profile as nasidaclare with my pictures, and the other using my username Cyust. I deleted the new account under carenyust I created briefly. How can I regain access to my original page, full of pictures of my children, which is currently in a stranger's hands.

My art accounts keep getting reported and deleted on Instagram, even though I don't believe my art violates any of their policies. It seems like someone is targeting my account, as there are many similar accounts that don't face the same issues. I'm trying to establish a business selling art prints and reach a wider audience, but my account keeps getting taken down quickly. Instagram should allow art to be showcased without fear of deletion and should provide clear notifications when an account is blocked or banned. The lack of communication on this issue is frustrating. I'm unable to post pictures for days, and then my account is suddenly deleted without any explanation. I wish there was a way to appeal or address these reports more effectively. I just want to share my art with a supportive community on Instagram and continue to engage with my followers without the constant fear of being reported.
