Hello, I am reaching out here regarding an issue I encountered recently with my Instagram account. Last Thursday night, at 12 a.m., I discovered that my account was disabled. Despite my attempts to log in, it was unsuccessful. Upon checking my email, I found a notification stating that someone had changed my password and email associated with the account. I am very keen on retrieving my account as I believe I have not violated any policies or done anything to warrant this disabling. This account has been instrumental to me for over a year, and I have dedicated a lot of time and effort into building a following. I kindly request assistance in restoring my Instagram account.

Hello, I'm Gould from Alabama, USA. A few days back, I accidentally uninstalled Instagram. After re-installing, I had to sign back into my many accounts. My main account @memes_exclamation_point can receive the password reset link on its email, and I plan on resetting the password. However, for my backup account @memes_exclamation_point_v2, I forgot the password, and the associated email [redacted], provided by my old school and since deleted, makes it hard to access it. As I don't use Facebook, I'm unable to retrieve my account. To verify my identity, you can send an email to [redacted] linked to my main account. I'd appreciate your assistance in regaining access to my backup account.

Last week, my Instagram account was hacked, and someone is impersonating me, posting inappropriate content. Despite multiple reports, the account remains active. I need to regain access as it contains pictures of my siblings and has inappropriate posts harming my followers. I reported the imposter account multiple times, leading Instagram to supposedly take it down on 9/6. The account in question is kendrick_3701_hunter, not my actual account shorty_2241. I'm eager to have this issue resolved promptly, have the imposter content removed, and restore my original posts.

Hello, I appear to have forgotten the complex password associated with my account, _ari.safari_, which has been with your service for approximately 5 years. Today, when attempting to access my account on my computer, I noticed that I had been logged out unexpectedly. I tried to recover it using my backup email, but unfortunately, the information did not match what I had anticipated. It seems there are missing characters in the email provided for recovery. Given some past hacking incidents, I find this unsettling. I am puzzled as the email displayed during recovery did not align with what I believed was linked to my account. Can you kindly assist me in confirming the full email address associated with my account so that I may proceed accordingly?

For the past three weeks, my Instagram account has been hacked and despite reaching out to Instagram for help, I have not made any progress in recovering it. Unfortunately, the Help Center has not been useful as all my account details have been changed, making it impossible for me to access the "Need More Help" button. Each time I tried to fill out a form, I was redirected back to the Help Center. It's frustrating that even after filling out the form, I received responses stating that I was contacting them about a different account or that my account has been deleted, which is not the case as it's still visible with all my photos intact. I also tried a form titled "Help Improve Instagram Login Support" but have yet to receive a response after a week.

Hello, I am concerned about the accounts and sponsors that appear in my feed, potentially deceiving users into thinking they are safe to purchase from them. Recently, I made a purchase from @buildyourbaby, a sponsor on my news feed, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. It's not just about the money, but also about trusting the platform to ensure the safety of its users. I kindly request the removal of this account to prevent others from being scammed. Please conduct thorough investigations on the authorization process for accounts that appear as sponsors. I believe we can work together to prevent such incidents. Thank you for your attention.

I am quite well-known in my country through Instagram, but unfortunately, I have faced multiple issues with my account being reported by enemies for no valid reason. Despite sending my passport to Instagram for verification, my account has been disabled multiple times, causing me frustration and exhaustion. I am looking for a solution to ensure my account's safety and prevent further reports or hacking attempts. Hello, I have submitted approximately 5 or 6 reports. However, both of my accounts are currently experiencing issues. My first account, Lunar.little, is indicating a violation of terms, which I sincerely dispute as I have not posted any inappropriate content. I am willing to remove any offending material if identified. Please reconsider deleting my account. Additionally, I am unable to log in to my other Instagram account, Nevaeh_DM, despite multiple password reset attempts resulting in an error message. Lunar.little was close to reaching 2k followers and I put in a lot of effort. Moreover, Nevaeh_DM is my personal account where I connect with friends, and losing it would be distressing. I have already complied with the request for a photo holding a code. Kindly assist me in resolving these issues and restoring access to my accounts. Thank you. Nevaeh D.

Dear Instagram, Our Australian business specializes in Artisan Triple Scented Soy Candles. We were eager to utilize your Product Tagging feature on our Shopify website, but upon installing the app, we received a message stating that our store does not meet the eligibility criteria for Instagram Product Tagging. Our Instagram account (lisaandalexmelb) is steadily growing, and our Facebook Page, connected and approved for the Online Store Channel on Shopify, already utilizes the Facebook online Shop effectively. We believe we fulfill all the necessary requirements for Instagram Product Tagging as per the policy guidelines. Despite reaching out multiple times via email, we have yet to receive a response regarding this issue. We simply seek approval to use product tagging on our account. I recently forgot my username while trying to share my Instagram details with a new friend. When trying to access my second account linked to my main one, the username selection option didn't appear as usual. I restarted my phone, but the issue persisted. Interestingly, when I checked a friend's account that tagged me in a photo, a different username showed up with my main account's photos. Despite several logout attempts and using the email reset option, I couldn't resolve the issue. I'm worried about losing access to my account and all my archived photos. Any urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday morning, I tried to log into my Instagram account, but it said my email, phone number, and username weren't found. Later, my sister checked and saw my account with a new username. Someone hacked my account and still has all my pictures up. I emailed Instagram right away, and this morning they said the person didn't impersonate me. I'm not sure how else to close the hacked account. I filled out the online form and sent my driver's license photo. I'm trying to get my pictures removed from the account. The hacked account is now called alsarilrenee (previously known as amholmes04). I've created a new account with the same username, amholmes04.

I am having trouble logging into my account. After entering my username and password, I receive a message stating: "We Detected An Unusual Login Attempt." I am then directed to the help page, but I am unable to figure out how to receive actual assistance to remove this error. The instructions indicate that I need to change my password in settings, but I cannot access the settings without full account access. I am confused and frustrated as I am unable to resolve this issue. I do not remember the exact email address associated with my account, but I can provide it if needed. Over the weekend, our Instagram account was disabled for a potential policy violation. I want to clarify that we highly value our content and did not intentionally breach any rules. We posted images of customized Pop Sockets, a product we bought and modified unknowingly infringing on any trademark terms. We are willing to remove the post in question and ensure it won't happen again as it's not a regular occurrence for us. My Instagram account was disabled over the weekend, potentially due to a policy violation. I want to clarify that we are serious about complying with the rules and regulations. We never intend to breach any policies and take pride in our posts. One of our recent posts featured some Pop Sockets that we customized as part of our products. We were unaware that the term "POP SOCKET" might be trademarked. We are willing to remove the post and avoid similar content in the future since this is not our usual type of post. I believe this was a misunderstanding and would like to discuss this matter further, as we believe the account was disabled for a minor issue that can be easily corrected. Hello, I need assistance with recovering my hacked Instagram accounts (@caityclear and @caitycbg) and my Snapchat account that were either deleted by the hacker or disabled by Instagram. Unfortunately, I used the same password for all accounts, leading the hacker to gain access to all of them. After I refused to send nude pictures to the hacker, they deleted all my accounts. Now, when I try to log back into Instagram, I receive a notification stating my account was deleted for not following Instagram's terms. Despite following their instructions to verify my identity by submitting a photo holding a code, my full name, and username twice, Instagram claims I contacted them regarding a different account. I fear the hacker may have altered my username before deleting the account. I am desperate to regain access to my accounts as all my friends are there, and I have lost numerous irreplaceable photos. Instagram is a significant part of my life, and I am distraught over this loss. Please advise me on how I can recover my accounts. Thank you.

My account ker.ese1 has been hacked! One day, my friend needed to use my account. I allowed her as she trusted me with hers. However, after she used it, someone must have seen her activity on my account and managed to change the password. I am unable to access the account now as the email and phone number have been altered. This is concerning because there are conversations with my school friends on there, and the hacker could potentially learn sensitive information, like the school I attend. Please, for safety reasons, I urgently need to regain access to my account. Kindly reach out to my email as soon as possible.

On September 16, [redacted], my Instagram account was hacked by an unknown person who changed my username, email, and password. While still logged in, I managed to reset my email and change my password, successfully kicking out the hacker. However, on the evening of September 17, [redacted], when I opened the Instagram app, I found my profile logged out. Despite attempting to enter my password, I received (and continue to receive) a message stating that my account was disabled for not meeting the conditions. I am unsure if these two incidents are related. Nevertheless, I have filled out the official form to regain access to my account, but as of now, nothing has been resolved.

Hello, I need help with my disabled Instagram account with 318k followers. I followed the guidelines and submitted a form stating there was an error.
