Dear Instagram, **We are an Australian business selling Artisan Triple Scented Soy Candles. We wanted to use your Product Tagging option on our Shopify account website and when we installed the app it said our store isn't eligible for Instagram Product Tagging. We are beginning to have a great following on our Instagram account (lisaandalexmelb) We also have a Facebook Channel account connected that has been approved for the Online Store Channel for Facebook on Shopify and we are currently using the Facebook online Shop on our page. We have all requirements that the policy states for us to be eligible for product Instagram Tagging. We have an online store that we pay monthly on Shopify, we have a business Instagram account, we have a Facebook business account with an online Shop and we are getting new Instagram followers daily. **We have emailed you about this issue a few times and haven't had a response. **All we want is for us to be able to use product tagging on our account. So can you please review our shop again and approve our shop for Product Tagging. **Thank you.**Kind Regards,*Lisa
