A new list should appear below so click “Yes” then “Yes” then “More than 10 weeks” then “2 weeks or less” from there click “Send”. You should be receive a response from Instagram within 24 -72 hours.

Hi,* I went to check on my account at *.**am BST on the **** and my instagram account was logged out. When I went to log back in it said the password may have changed, although I tried all my variations. Whilst I was trying to login, I accidentally made a new account connected to my facebook (because the account I was trying to gain access to was unlinked from my Facebook.) (I then deleted the one i made by accident.) After I accidently made the account, i was panicking, and googled my old username, @Lumbdog* , which came up with my pictures, but when I followed the links, the account had a new username, bio, and profile picture, with my photos, followers and everything still there, the username was @fenrillemerson . Is there any way to regain access to this account as it is my account, and was @lumbdog* and I was actively using it, partly for business as I am an aspiring sports journalist. I can verify it is me in any you want. *Regards*Alfie Lumb
