I set up * factor authentication on my account at some point then I got a new phone number and now I can no longer login. I screenshot my *fa backup codes but for some reason they are really blurry, I never felt I needed to check the picture until I needed the codes but now that I need them they are not legible. I can send them the screenshot if they need, you can tell what it is just the text is not legible. I know my username and password as well.
GetHuman-zdbburns did not yet indicate what Instagram should do to make this right.
