If you are able to report an issue then go to the app and head to your personal profile on Instagram. If you are signed in, in the top right click the gear button. From there scroll down and click “Report Something” and follow the prompt. You should get an update via email or within the app. Reports can take up to 2 weeks to hear back from.

I have been out of rehab for a short period of time. Mobility problems. Use a wheel chair mostly. I thought this service would great. I ordered beef and chicken. Of course, ordered other items to bring amount up to over $**. Well after cut off time for ordering I was notified "out of stock" for beef and chicken and onions. I opted for * yellow onions to replace our of stock chopped onions. Didn't get them. I took advantage of the * hour delivery as my cubbard was bare. Too late to order a replacement for my very much wanted rotessri chicken. Would not let me substitute chuck ground beef, but was charged for it but didn't get it. Since the chicken I wanted was not available and I could not order a different kind of chicken I was dissappointed that Had no meat. Even for spaghetti and no onions even though at one time the exchange from chopped onions to * yellow onions was listed. No ground beef..no onions...no chicken and I paid a fee for delivery. Now, I have to with much discomfort and pain get in my car and go to another store and get some meat. Very bad experience. I was going to tip the delivery person in cash. He didn't even set the items inside the door so the ants and mosquitoes would not get into some of the items. Evidently this service is not for disabled senior citizens. Even a young hunger able bodied person would be quite inconvenienced by this kind of service. Remove the charge for the ground beef or deliver the rotessri chicken and the ground chuck I initially ordered and bring the * yellow onions onions I ordered. Thank you.
