Hello, I am Sierra Fenner and I need assistance. Recently, I was verified as an Actress on the Netflix series "Free Rein" on IMDB. Unfortunately, my manager and I have been dealing with individuals impersonating me for the past two weeks, leading to safety concerns. I am constantly receiving threats from fake accounts claiming to be me. My agency requires a verified badge on my Instagram account to confirm my identity as a Public Figure and upcoming celebrity. If this cannot be resolved, I may have to delete my account for safety reasons. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - SF

Lately, I've been receiving repeated emails from Instagram regarding login issues with my account. I have not faced any problems accessing my account, leading me to believe someone is attempting to hack into it unsuccessfully. This has occurred on June 19th, June 27th, and again most recently on another occasion. I am looking for a way to address this concerning situation as it is frustrating to continually deal with attempted hacks. This is isolated to Instagram, as my personal email and Facebook have not been targeted. If possible, I would appreciate any assistance in identifying and potentially suspending the individual responsible for these unauthorized login attempts. My primary goal is to put an end to this interference with my account.

Dear Instagram Team, I am reaching out regarding my 47th post on Instagram (@TeacupReject). In this post, I shared photos of my friends and family from a celebration. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 photos in the post are not displaying correctly. Instead, a reboot symbol appears, and on my page, it shows up as a blank slate. I have tried clicking on the reboot symbol, but the issue persists. It is important to note that the post does not violate any guidelines as it is not inappropriate, harassing, or harmful in any way. Could you please clarify why this post is affected and assist in restoring it? This post holds special memories for me and my loved ones, and I value sharing them with my Instagram community. Hello Instagram, I want to bring to your attention the issue I encountered with my 47th post on my Instagram page (@TeacupReject). There seems to be a problem with 2 out of 3 pictures in that post not displaying properly. Instead of the images, there is a reboot symbol showing up, and on my page, it appears as a blank space. I have attempted to click on the reboot symbol, but the pictures still do not show up. It's important to note that the post did not contain any inappropriate content, harassment, or anything harmful in any way. I would appreciate it if someone could explain why this particular post was affected and assist in resolving this so that I can continue to keep and share memories with my family and friends on Instagram. I am currently dealing with a situation where my account has been hacked by someone pretending to be a pornographic content creator. This impersonator is sending inappropriate messages and videos to my friends and family. I have reached out to Instagram twice regarding this issue but unfortunately, they keep sending emails to the hacker instead of resolving the problem. This situation is alarming as there are pictures of my young children on my profile that I did not authorize this individual to access. Without prompt action, I will have to seek legal advice to address this matter. The affected account is "sammmi_k" linked to my personal email. I urge my contacts to continue reporting this perpetrator until Instagram takes appropriate action by either deleting the account or removing the imposter.

Hello, I'm an entrepreneur with a Shopify website looking to boost traffic through social media. While I've been successful on Twitter and YouTube, Instagram has been a challenge. There's an inactive account with the same name as my domain link. It has zero followers, posts, and following. I've been waiting for months for any changes. I have two accounts, "hithisistess" and "tessflows," both linked to my email, "[redacted]" I mistakenly logged out of "tessflows" and could not log back in as it kept rejecting my password. While attempting to reset the password via recovery emails, only the option for "hithisistess" was provided. I then tried the SMS reset link, but didn't receive any texts despite the correct number provided. I attempted to use the new password for "hithisistess" on "tessflows," but it didn't work. I'm hoping to regain access to my "tessflows" account.

A few months ago, some friends jokingly reported me on Instagram for spam, thinking it was fun. I didn't take it seriously since I didn't think I would get banned. However, today my account got blocked. I never violated Instagram's terms since creating my account in [redacted]. I mainly use it to message friends and share photos. It's unfair to lose my account like this. I've contacted Instagram support about the issue to restore my account, _afonsocarvalho, which I've had for years. One friend even posted on their Insta story about my account being blocked. I hope Instagram support can help me with this mistake. Thanks for your understanding.

My Instagram account has been disabled for violating community guidelines. I have been an active user with the same account since [redacted] under the username (alishavictoria_). I don't believe I breached any terms as I only posted a movie clip before my account was disabled. Please assist me in restoring my account, as it would be disappointing to no longer be part of the community. I've reviewed the guidelines and believe it is unfair that my account was disabled without my knowledge of any violations. My Instagram account was hacked, the password was changed, and my phone number removed, preventing me from accessing it. I created a new account in an attempt to reach my original account but later deleted it. Instagram's support team mistakenly refers to the deleted account in their email responses. Two friends reported my original account, now disabled due to the hacker's actions. I need Instagram to acknowledge the correct hacked account, restore access, and reinstate it.

My account has been disabled for months due to inactivity. Despite following the steps to verify my identity by sending a photo with a verification code, I only received automated replies instructing me to do the same thing again. Unfortunately, I cannot access my desired username and email for a new account as they are linked to my disabled account. Since I do not use Instagram on a smartphone and solely use it on my PC browser to follow and message others, this situation is quite frustrating.

I deactivated my account and changed the password on May 18th, but unfortunately, I forgot the password. The email is [redacted], and the number linked to my Instagram is [redacted]. My username is himanipirta. I signed up for Instagram in [redacted], and it's been so long that I don't remember the device or email ID I used. I last used the account on **th May [redacted] and deactivated it the same day, using the same email to sign in. I have screenshots of Instagram sending a password reset link to the same phone number and email that are not being associated with my account now. I have been using [redacted] for Instagram for the past three years with the number [redacted]***0 and have two-step authentication set up. The account is under my name, Himani Pirta, and I have other social media accounts and a website under the same name for verification. Links can be found on Twitter, Facebook, and www.himanipirta.com. I possess official government documents like a passport to verify my identity. Last, it was with the phone mentioned that I changed my password, accessed, and deactivated my account. Please assist me in recovering my account.

I’ve had an Instagram account for several years. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that my account was hacked. The hacker changed my email address, phone number, and even the password, leaving me unable to access my account. They have taken control of my photos, private the account, and are pretending to be me by interacting with others. I recently received two emails from Instagram informing me that both my email and phone number were changed, resulting in the loss of access to my account under the username "henrycarlile97." Recently, I decided to create a gaming account and a personal account on Instagram by adding them to my profile to easily switch between them. While setting up a new account with a different email address, I mistakenly selected "Over 18" instead of "Under 18" in the age section. Now, I'm unable to access my new accounts as the app keeps displaying "Sorry, there was a problem with your request." I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and tried logging in from different platforms without any issues. I use an iPhone and need assistance to fix this error promptly.

Hello, I received an email from Instagram with the subject "Email changed on Instagram," but I did not change my email address. The email on my Instagram account was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] on July 22, [redacted]. However, [redacted] is not my email, and I do not know who owns that email address. When I try to login with my user ID "f74," it says my password is incorrect, even though I did not change my password. When I try to login using my email "[redacted]," it says the email does not exist. I have tried clicking on "Revert this Change" multiple times without success. When I click on "No, Secure My Account," I receive a verification code at my correct email address, but the page does not accept it, saying "the field is required" even when I enter the code correctly. Please assist me in reverting my email back to the correct one "[redacted]" as I am locked out of my account due to email fraudulent activity.
