I encountered an issue with my Instagram app last week. Strangely, I was logged out when I'm typically logged in automatically. Despite attempts to log in, my password was rejected. Going through the password reset process didn't work as Instagram didn't recognize any of my recovery emails. Even attempting to use my phone number failed since it was now deemed invalid. To verify my identity, I sent a photo with a code but to no avail. This situation coincided with hacks on my email and Facebook accounts, which I've since recovered. Strangely, the hacker on my Instagram account has been viewing stories without making changes. I seek assistance in recovering my account. My username: @connyj_

My Instagram account (@kenzieespamz_) is currently blocked due to an "Unusual Login Attempt" error message. I used an email address to set it up, but can't recall the full address or the password to receive the security code. Although my phone was taken away, I have been using Instagram on my Mac. However, I get logged out every time I close the computer. No one else has attempted to access my account, and my password is private. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue to log in normally or update my email to avoid future problems.

Good evening, A few weeks ago, my Facebook account was hacked, and now my profile no longer exists. Shortly after, my Instagram account suffered the same fate. Sources indicate that the profile, previously under the username abi_hivyar with the name Eva, was hacked. The hacker changed the name, making it difficult to locate. My account, giada_sciortino, had 66K followers, around [redacted] posts, and followed about [redacted] users. Being from Milan, I have a professional background as a model, video clip actress, and influencer; some of my work is available online, including being a Playmate for Playboy Italy in May [redacted]. Access to my account has been altered, including the password, username, and associated phone number. I rely on my profile for work, so resolving this issue is crucial. Hello, I am facing a serious issue with my Instagram account. There is someone I know who is hacking into my account daily and causing trouble by interacting with my followers. Despite changing my email and password, the account keeps getting hacked shortly after. The system's login method using usernames exposes me to this risk, unlike using an email address for login which is more secure. This situation is causing a lot of distress as this person has even changed my account details, preventing me from accessing my own account. I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my Instagram account associated with my old email address ([redacted]). Instagram is not sending any emails to this account, even though I can still access it. After getting a new phone, my attempt to log in was flagged as suspicious, and I did not receive the six-digit code sent by Instagram. Despite sending multiple emails and help requests, including a photo with the requested information, I have not received any assistance in the past two weeks. I contacted Apple, who confirmed there are no issues with my email. My primary email is now [redacted], with [redacted] emails forwarding there. I recently joined Landed Travel (@landedtravel) during their rebrand from Mosaico Travel (@mosaicotravel). Prior to my involvement, the owner created a new account for Landed. Instead of transferring all Mosaico followers to Landed, we wish to change the @mosaicotravel handle to @landedtravel directly. I am concerned about potentially losing the @landedtravel handle in this process. Is there a way to delete the current @landedtravel account and rename @mosaicotravel to @landedtravel without risking the handle? To whom it may concern, I am Francesca Demma, a 19-year-old film and media major. I operate an Instagram account under the handle @fxdproductions. Recently, I informed my followers that I will be rebranding my page and logo to 'FXDFILMS'. Unfortunately, upon trying to make the change, I discovered that the @fxdfilms username is already taken by an inactive account with zero posts, followers, and following. I have invested heavily in new camera equipment, logo design, and a website for my film work, and finding this account blocked was quite disheartening. I suspect a competitor or someone from my filmmaking community might have taken it. I am reaching out to see if there is a way to have this inactive account removed or to contact the account holder. I have already sent a message but have not received a response. This situation is perplexing and upsetting for me as I have big dreams of becoming a filmmaker. I urgently need help accessing my active Instagram account under the username sportylou07. The email associated with the account is [redacted], not the incorrect email [redacted] that was mistakenly entered when I requested the change from ls_bmerx5!@ yahoo.com on April 23, [redacted]. Tonight, I mistakenly clicked "Its not me" in response to a suspicious claim by Instagram. I recently deleted an inactive account sporty071 to simplify matters due to a phone link issue. I noticed the email typo tonight when reviewing all my email links, revealing the change from yahoo to gmail that occurred a year ago.

I recently shared videos and photos of someone I admire on my Instagram account. I believe my account was mistakenly disabled by Instagram, as I did not violate any terms of use or post anything inappropriate. It is crucial for me to have it reinstated. I trust Instagram will resolve this issue promptly. My username on Instagram is nasimaghdam.fanpage. I am a new user and created my account in April this year. I have tried contacting Instagram numerous times through their help center form without success. My account was disabled suddenly yesterday, even though I hadn't posted anything in several days. I am hopeful that Instagram will understand my situation and reactivate my account.

I encountered an issue where I couldn't recall my password, prompting me to initiate a password reset. However, I faced a challenge in remembering the email associated with my account. Subsequently, I updated my email from [redacted] to [redacted] Despite confirming the new email, I repeatedly requested the password reset link without success for several hours. Upon revisiting the confirmation email, I inadvertently selected an option to delist the email from my Instagram account, expecting a revert to [redacted] Regrettably, I no longer have either email linked to my account, resulting in being locked out. Subject: Assistance Needed Reverting Changes to Instagram Account Email Dear Support Team, Today, on 27-06-18, my Instagram account with the handle @everydayquality was hacked. The hacker altered the email linked to my page from [redacted] (my email) to [redacted] (the hacker's email). Additionally, the password was changed, and the account was temporarily deactivated. The hacker is insisting on a 50 euro payment for the account release. I have attempted to revert the changes to the email associated with the account (refer to the third picture), but clicking 'revert changes' redirects me to the Instagram homepage instead of updating the email. Despite numerous efforts and following the guidelines on help.instagram.com, attempting to recover the account under the username @everydayquality returns a 'no users found' message, likely due to the hacker's deactivation of the page. Could you kindly assist in changing the email back to [redacted] for @everydayquality? Despite having the necessary permissions, my attempts have been unsuccessful. To whom it may concern, I have reported a picture twice and your company has not removed it yet. It is challenging to explain my reasons for wanting it taken down with only multiple-choice options available. I have politely requested the person who posted the picture on Facebook and Instagram to remove it, but he refuses. He is acting inappropriately. The picture shows my daughter's car with a bumper sticker he didn't like, along with his rude comments. I am not concerned about his opinion; my worry is that he shared her license plate, potentially endangering her safety. As a mother, this deeply worries me. I have tried reasoning with him, explaining the sticker's humor and my daughter's lack of children, but he remains stubborn. The situation has escalated, testing my patience. I am concerned for my daughter's safety, especially since she is married to an active serviceman. Protecting her is my priority. I received an email around midnight PST on Wednesday, June 27, informing me that my password was changed. The email instructed me to reset my password if I hadn't done it. However, when I tried to do this on Instagram, it couldn't find my email or username that I was sure were correct. I then attempted to log in with Facebook, which created a new account in my real name without my consent. My old username "Vikkiz3" doesn't show up in searches. My daughter found my account with a different name above "Vikki Z". I want to recover my original account with all my pictures, messages, followers, and following intact. I accidentally created a new account and need help deleting it. It concerns me that my account was tampered with. I haven't posted anything, and my daughter is monitoring any hacker activity. Hello, I need help with verifying my email address, as it has not been verified on my account. I am trying to regain access to my account, which I had temporarily disabled to manage my content better. However, I am facing errors when trying to log in despite entering the correct username. My linked phone number ending in [redacted]****** was shared with another account of mine. The primary concern is reactivating my account @tatianaaa.k, as all my important content is there. I am experiencing an issue where I used to be able to move and resize pictures and videos, like boomerangs, within the frame of Instagram Stories using the Instagram camera. I also figured out how to do this with pictures from my photo library. However, I have noticed that this feature is no longer available. I am disappointed as it took me some time to learn how to do this. I am reaching out to inquire why this change was made as it feels unfair to users like me. Despite involving the police, the situation persists as the perpetrators create new accounts easily. I reported a user named vincent_valter for impersonating me on Instagram using only my pictures on his profile, and unfortunately, Instagram mistakenly took down my account - chef_peterstyle instead of his. I have submitted evidence to Instagram, including pictures with my name, the reference number provided by Instagram, and a copy of my driver's license, but there has been no resolution for a week now. I am hoping to have my account reinstated and for the imposter account to be removed promptly. The situation is clear as my account and pictures have been active for nearly three years, while vincent_valter's account is new, created just a week ago.

I am encountering a frustrating situation as I am unable to locate a help center or any means to contact Instagram for assistance. My long-standing account has suddenly disappeared, which is alarming as I heavily rely on it. On June 9, [redacted], my Instagram account "nico.bohemien" was hacked by someone in Vladivostok, Russia. I provided all necessary documents, details of my last access, and the IP address used to log in from my iPhone to Instagram support. Unfortunately, they claimed my account was deleted, which was actually done by the hackers who changed my username to "dillon_7490__dillon" and altered my email and Facebook connection (originally NICO DICUONZO). This hacker attempted to access my other accounts, which I managed to secure. I am struggling with two issues: first, I want my account back with all its content. Second, Instagram disabled my account without warning, accusing me of not following community guidelines, which makes no sense since I was the victim of hacking. I am now unable to create a new account, which is frustrating given the circumstances.
