I am writing to you on regards of my instagram account that has recently been wrongfully deactivated by your institution. **My instagram account (millie.amberx) has been deleted for supposedly “pretending to be someone else” however all the photos posted on my account are original and images of me and my friends who i have tagged. **I have sent proof to instagram (bus pass and library card) which proves that i am the same person as portrayed in my account, yet i havent had a reply and my account still hasn’t been restored.**I am highly apalled with instagrams actions given that i admire the app and use it every day, however i now feel extremely let down by its institution for deactivating my account without clearly taking the time to analyse the supposed problem in depth. I am very upset by instagrams decision to deactivate my account as i have worked extremely hard to improve my account and gain a wider ranged audience, all for it to be taken away from me. **Looking online, i am not the only user that this has happened to and i personally know how devestating this can be. I highly admire instagram however i am very disappointed in the way in which you as an institution have treated me. This has really given me a pessimistic view on your ‘iconic’ platform and exemplified, to me and many others, how little you care about your audience. **I hope to hear from you soon regarding the mistake in which you made when deactivating my account.
