Good morning, I've been trying to reach out regarding my coupon order. I would like it to be canceled as I do not wish to be charged for the $49.99 deal. Kindly delete my account and enroll me in the 14-day trial payment plan. My name is Trina Elliott. The scheduled shipping date was 10/22/[redacted], and the order was placed on 10/20/18. I prefer to make my purchases at GNC in Strawberry Square in Harrisburg, PA, as I already have an account with them. Please ensure my account is deleted and no charges are applied to my card. I have called twice with no response. Despite the slip indicating operating hours from 6 am to 6 pm, I have been unable to reach anyone. I do not wish to renew my subscription or order. Although the product seems to be effective, I will collect it from my Vitamin Shoppe. I was instructed to call before November 21 to cancel, yet all I encounter is a prerecorded message without assistance.

I requested a refund over two weeks ago after my pain specialist advised against using the pills due to a potential interaction with my current medications. I returned the unopened bottle as instructed, expecting a refund in 7 to 10 days. However, I have not yet received it. As someone on a fixed income, the refund would greatly help me. Upon signing up for the free trial, I did not intend to enroll in a monthly subscription. Due to being on blood thinners, I cannot use the product and thus never authorized the ongoing charges. My budget is limited, and $85 a month is unaffordable for me. Kindly cancel my subscription and refund the amount debited from my account. As explained, I cannot take the product due to being on blood thinners. It would be beneficial for future users if automatic enrollment in monthly subscriptions is not done unless specifically requested. Thank you.

My wife ordered after me. Our emails are [redacted] and [redacted] I am thee Kodiak bear. We both ordered a sample and a special priced month supply, but only mine arrived. Now my bank has been charged an incorrect amount. I need a refund for all charges and a return authorization for the remaining product. I was advised to stop taking it due to increased blood pressure from my heart medication. I apologize for the inconvenience. Prompt assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, Elwood and Mellisa.

I initially tried the Trial and then purchased the following month using my credit card. However, my Physician of 36 years advised me to discontinue use. I promptly emailed to notify you of this issue, but unfortunately, my message did not seem to be acknowledged. I received a second order on Friday, 06/16/23, which I returned unopened by marking the package as "Return to Sender." I also emailed you again with this update. Please refrain from sending me any further shipments. My credit card company is currently disputing these charges. I kindly request that you cease the "Auto Ship" feature immediately. I received two bottles of Instaflex that I did not order. I requested a sample package, but after reviewing it, I realized neither my boyfriend nor I can use the product. Despite this, two unrequested bottles were sent to me. I was unaware that asking for a sample would enroll me for more automatically. My bank denied my claim as your company informed them that the bottles were authorized, which is not the case. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue. I apologize for not providing the order numbers or dates for the two Instaflex orders. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].60, which was taken from my bank account without authorization. I initially only ordered a sample and cannot take Instaflex due to my daily prescription medication. If you could send me a prepaid return label, I will promptly return the two unopened bottles.
