I would like to report an issue with my recent order. I purchased Kroger Half & Half, and unfortunately, it was expired. I am requesting a refund on my credit card for this item. I have tried contacting customer service via phone, but the line keeps disconnecting. I have also attempted to report the issue on Instacart's website without success. I have been a customer for over 5 to 6 months. I typically order groceries totaling $60 or more from Stater Bros. through Instacart. Recently, when placing an order, I realized I hadn't signed in with a password as I usually do. I was prompted by an automated message to set a password to proceed, but despite several attempts to change my password, the system wouldn't accept it. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with Instacart. My order seems to be pending, and I even requested delivery for tomorrow morning at least once. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly or if I could receive a refund for the annual fee I paid. Thank you. - J. Kahn

Today a delivery person accidentally hit our outdoor solar lamp while dropping off groceries. Upon hearing the noise, I went outside to address the issue. I pointed out the damage to the driver, who casually apologized and offered to leave the groceries at the front door. When I requested her information, she dismissed it as unnecessary and I decided to document the incident by taking pictures of the car and the damaged lamp. Despite asking for her name, the driver reacted rudely, ultimately offering me $10 as compensation. Upon explaining that the damage exceeded the amount offered, her behavior escalated, resulting in verbal insults and name-calling. Despite my attempts to gather information, the driver refused and quickly drove off. Though I tried to photograph her license plate, she left before I could do so.

I applied to work for Instacart but failed the background check. I suspect it's due to my expired driver's license during the shutdown, even though Pennsylvania extended all licenses until the centers reopened. I have since renewed my license but I'm unable to set up an Instacart account. I've reached out via email and phone calls but keep getting disconnected. I need assistance as our state has closed again, leading to me being laid off from my job, and Instacart would be a great way for me to earn money.

As an Instacart shopper, I have been struggling to reach customer support for my concerns. The option to contact support through the app is currently unavailable, replaced by a message about high call volumes. A few days ago, I received a notification warning of potential deactivation for using a personal Costco card during deliveries, which is inaccurate since I do not hold a Costco membership. It's frustrating to be accused of something I haven't done, especially when it involves using a service I don't even possess.

I am having trouble updating my phone number in the app. It seems to be stuck on my old [redacted] number. I am frustrated with the lack of support to resolve this issue. I find it concerning that the response I received was that my application was not accepted when I am already an employee. I am in urgent need of corporate contacts. The way this has been handled is unprofessional, disappointing, and irresponsible. I have received rejection emails without any investigation by the company and no assistance provided. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am considering escalating my concerns to the BBB and The Attorney General if this matter is not addressed promptly.

I registered as a shopper and received my shopper card; however, I recently changed my phone number and forgot my password. I am unable to log into my shopper account without my password, even after trying the password reset. The app doesn't accept my new phone number and is still linked to the old one. I attempted to create a new account, but the system indicated that the volume was too high to process. I really wanted to start using Instacart, but now I'm unable to get started due to these issues.

I received my Aldi order today, but unfortunately, the can of corned beef hash was missing, which was the main item I needed. I would appreciate it if someone could pick up another can for me tomorrow because I require it for Sunday morning breakfast. Additionally, I found several broken Benton butter pecan cookies in the order. Thanks.

Hello. I recently noticed a charge of $99 on my account from “Instacart” for a subscription I did not authorize. Despite only using their website once to order groceries from Foodlion, I was unexpectedly charged. I am disappointed by this experience and request a full refund. Additionally, I would appreciate it if my card could be removed to prevent any future charges. I never received any notification or consent for a subscription from Instacart. Hello, this is Jamin Holston. I work as an Instacart shopper. I was promised my paycheck, but it hasn't been deposited. Due to this delay, my account is now overdrawn. I completed five extra deliveries and should have received $[redacted] plus $56 for those orders. Despite promises, the money has not come through to my account, causing financial strain. I recently finished delivering an order in Yakima, specifically at [redacted] 34th Ave, due by 11:08 AM for Fred Meyer. The order consisted of approximately 36 items and 57 units. Despite confirming the arrival, I encountered an issue when trying to finalize the delivery and take a photo. A message popped up stating that there was an undelivered order, which is confusing as I cannot locate the order on my app anymore. I haven't received payment for this batch, which amounts to around $30. How can I address this situation and ensure I receive payment for this delivery?

Yesterday, we placed an order on Instacart and Darren was our shopper. I believe there were issues with our order, but it was my first time using the service. I found out later that some items we didn't receive were available at Ralphs. I plan to order from Ralphs on Buena Vista and Victory in Burbank next time. I want to figure out what went wrong. Yesterday, I had an order with Jennifer K through Instacart. She canceled the order due to unavailability of items at Fred Meyer. I contacted Instacart to cancel the order, but I couldn't open the helper's message on the app. This situation negatively impacted my cancellation rate, which is frustrating as I just reached 30 orders. I believe I should be compensated for the gas and time spent on yesterday's order. The payment structure based on mileage appears unfair as it doesn't adequately compensate for the time and effort put into each delivery. Additionally, there have been issues with damaged and incorrect items that have not been resolved despite my attempts to contact support. Overall, I am disappointed with the service and would caution others against using it unless they are willing to deal with time-wasting and financial losses.

I recently signed up to be a driver with everything approved. However, after receiving the card to activate and start taking orders, I was supposed to receive an email to complete the setup process, which I never received despite checking all my email folders. I tried looking for a solution on the app but couldn't find any. The customer service number seems to be disconnected, so I am reaching out here for assistance with completing my setup as an independent contractor for Instacart. Your help is greatly appreciated. I have received my Instacart card and attempted to activate it to complete the setup process. The instructions indicated that an email with a link was required to finalize the setup, but I have not received such an email despite checking all folders, including spam. I returned to the app to request a resend option for the email, but I couldn't find one. I am now seeking assistance to complete the setup process so that I can proceed to work as an independent contractor with Instacart. Your prompt help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am having issues connecting to the chat for shopper assistants on the app. I have followed all the suggestions in the related articles but keep going in circles. I contacted customer support, but they were unhelpful, stating they couldn't assist shoppers. The number for shopper support is out of service. I only want to find out if there is a pickup location in or near Sacramento where I can get the debit card to start shopping since the suggested app is not compatible with my phone.

I have been relying on Instacart for deliveries in five different places since March [redacted]. We recently purchased a home in Marlborough, MA, intending to settle there permanently. Surprisingly, I discovered that Instacart is unavailable in Marlborough, MA, despite its urban setting with numerous grocery stores and retailers. This inconsistency puzzles me as we had access to Instacart even while living in a rural area in New Hampshire. I am eager to know when Instacart will be accessible in Marlborough, MA.

I am an Instacart shopper who recently handled a batch for two customers. At checkout, I paid $47.67 for the first customer (Batch A) and $77.98 for the second customer (Batch B). However, there was an issue where the Instacart card applied the $47 payment from Batch A to Batch B incorrectly. This caused the payment to be declined, and I had to use my own credit card to cover the amount for Batch B. I would appreciate it if I could be reimbursed for this unforeseen expense.
