I received a double order on 10/25/20, which I did not place. One of the delivery drivers did not identify themselves, and the groceries were left without confirmation or receipt. I contacted Instacart immediately about the situation, but the operator seemed unsure of how to proceed. As the items were perishable, I could not return them. Despite this, I received a bill for both deliveries totaling $[redacted].82 on my American Express. I believe the larger sum is for the first delivery. Hello, my name is Dasmary Zamora. I work as an Instacart shopper and recently encountered an issue with a customer who claimed I delivered the wrong toothbrush from Costco. The customer reported that the toothbrush they wanted was no longer available at Costco, except for the electric ones. I scanned the correct product using the Instacart app, and it was confirmed as the right item. However, the customer still insists it was incorrect. Due to poor signal in the mountain area where the customer lived, an agent had to assist with the delivery because the app froze. The customer also mentioned a missing medicine delivery, which I need to investigate. I received a low rating from this customer despite delivering what was requested. I am attempting to schedule a pick-up order for the Aldie in Heath, Ohio. The website is not allowing me to select a time slot. I have two residences, and I suspect the issue may be because I am currently at one house trying to place an order for the other, which is in a different location across the state. As we are departing today to our other residence, I initially tried to schedule a pick-up here, but found no availability, so now I am attempting to secure one for tomorrow at our second home. Although the pick-up times are visible, I am unable to proceed with selecting one.

I'm a shopper on Instacart, and I'm eager to start working, but the app won't let me shop until my background check is clear. Despite checking the portal, which indicates my background check is complete, the app insists it's not. I'm keen to start shopping since my background check appears to be clear. Yesterday, as an Instacart shopper, I encountered a store closure due to a power outage during one of my runs. Consequently, I had to cancel the batch as I was unable to shop there. Despite the circumstances being beyond my control, I received a cancellation notice, which I believe is unfair given the situation. I implore you to reconsider this mark on my account as I had no influence over the store's unexpected closure due to the power outage. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I would like to request that my Instacart orders are no longer sent to the Publix store on Dunne Ave in Jacksonville, FL. I usually prefer the Publix store on Duval Stn due to its proximity. I have had some issues with the customer service and find the communication lacking, despite attempts to provide feedback through texts. Although Marie assured me my order would come from Duval Stn, it arrived from Dunne Ave. I am 70 years old and at high risk for Covid, so a prompt response is necessary. If not, I may have to consider shopping in person. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

I placed an order with Aldi in Howell, NJ, for 4 items on Saturday, November 28th, for pick-up on Monday, November 30th. There were 2 food items and 2 non-food items. I received 9 text messages about my order. One informed me that 1 of the non-food items was replaced without any explanation. Another text said the other non-food item was "refunded" but also lacked explanation. Trying to access the links provided in the messages led to errors each time. After contacting Aldi Customer Service, I was connected to representatives in South Africa and Florida. Despite several calls and case numbers provided, I was informed that my issue had to be resolved through Instacart. After continuous attempts to get assistance and facing unhelpful call center experiences, I demand immediate refunds for the charges of $40.00 and $27.98 that were made on December 1st. The lack of resolution and inadequate customer service have left me frustrated and dissatisfied with both Aldi and Instacart.

As a shopper, I am encountering issues with an Instacart delivery from Best Buy I recently completed. Despite successfully delivering the item and obtaining the customer's signature, the app failed to register the completion. After several failed attempts to report the problem, the app ultimately deleted the delivery, causing multiple issues. I urge Instacart to acknowledge the delivery as completed, allowing for proper compensation. I have the receipt with the customer's signature for verification purposes.

I work as an Instacart shopper, and I've been facing an issue for the last 9-10 hours. After shopping and delivering an order, the second order got stuck in my cart. Even though I scanned the client's ID, it erased out, and I had already driven down the street after delivering it. I reached out to customer service through chat twice, but they didn't provide the promised help. I then called their phone line and spoke with a representative, but they couldn't assist me either. I'm unable to remove this order from my app, and it's causing me a lot of stress. I rely on this income, and I usually enjoy using the app, but currently, I can't handle unresolved issues. Getting my app cleared is crucial so I can view and accept new orders. Dealing with this problem has been incredibly frustrating for me.

I needed to contact Instacart Help regarding incorrect charges at Bed, Bath & Beyond for my customer M.H. at [redacted] Hall Street, Lafayette, Indiana. After returning to the store, I received a $6.43 refund on my Instacart card that should be refunded to M.H. I tried to use the Chat Icon on the app during my second batch to address this issue with Instacart, but was unsuccessful. It was very frustrating not being able to connect on Chat during my last batch. I am urgently requesting for someone from Instacart to call me regarding this issue. This morning, I accepted an order from Costco through Instacart. Upon arriving at the store, I encountered an issue where it was not open yet despite the scheduled opening time being at 10 am. I was prompted by Instacart to begin shopping, but due to the store not being accessible, I couldn't proceed. After waiting for an hour in the parking lot, Instacart removed my batch and indicated a 1% cancellation rate. It was frustrating as I was unable to begin shopping without access to the store during the miscommunication of the opening hours.

During a recent chat with Ashley, the delivery person for my order, I attempted to assist her in finding the Y building in my complex. Instead of a polite response, Ashley's message came across as rude when she replied with "yes obviously why i’m asking where ur letter is." This lack of courtesy was disappointing, especially considering her frustration with getting lost. To compound matters, I discovered that 4 items from my order were billed but not delivered. I find it frustrating that such a simple grocery delivery has become so challenging. The fact that I have to wait 7 days for a refund only adds to my disappointment. I am now considering returning to Walmart for my future shopping needs.

This morning, I ordered items from Shoppers through Instacart. However, I received an email in the afternoon stating that the delivery was made at 12:25 pm by Adira and left at my door. Despite being home all day and checking multiple times, I did not find any delivery at my door. I would appreciate it if the situation could be looked into, and the missing items could be delivered to me. Thank you.

It's frustrating how this situation is taking up my time that could be spent making money for my kids' Christmas. I signed up to work as an in-store shopper five months ago. I entered all my background information, set my hours, and received my card in the mail. I have screenshots of everything, but I can't send them here as I'm locked out of my account. Every time I try to retrieve it, it says I'm on a waitlist when I am not. The issue has been escalated, but no resolution yet.

I need the address to deliver the food as I wasn't provided with one when I attempted to drop off the second order. Instead of being directed to someone for credit card information, I just need the location details. Please review my previous route to help me locate where to drop off the food next. The current instructions are not helpful, just asking for unnecessary personal information. I simply need directions to ensure the food reaches the correct recipients. This issue is due to Instacart's error, not mine. All the information vanished when I tried to navigate to the delivery location.

On December 5, [redacted], I had an order for Gail. The customer provided the wrong city in the address, leading me to the incorrect location. After several attempts to reach them, they corrected the address, and I had to drive back and forth between locations, almost running out of gas. Despite my efforts to deliver the groceries promptly, I encountered difficulty trying to contact Instacart for assistance. I take pride in offering excellent customer service and had shopped for almost 50 items. However, upon reviewing my earnings, I noticed that half of my tips were missing. This was disheartening as I had dedicated considerable time and effort to complete the order successfully. I hope for a resolution and am willing to provide screenshots of the conversation to support my case.

I ordered items from Walmart through Instacart and needed to return some. The Walmart employee refused to accept the Instacart receipt without a "number" on it. It seems like there might have been confusion about accepting Instacart receipts. I reached out to two Walmart divisions, but they couldn't find the transaction since it was made via Instacart. I'm trying to obtain a direct purchase receipt from Instacart to facilitate the return. Any assistance would be welcomed. Thank you.

I would like to address the issue regarding the delivery of my order. It was concerning to receive an email stating that my order had been delivered when we did not have it. Living in our RV, we expected the package to be dropped off at site 85 as indicated in our specific instructions. However, my husband noticed the delivery at site 77, where he found the bottled water I had ordered. This same mistake occurred during our previous order, where the driver claimed not to have seen the instructions. Furthermore, our order was incomplete, with only two small tomatoes instead of the 3 lbs I had requested, and the wrong type of rolls. The driver did not attempt to contact us for any replacements or clarification. It is essential for the delivery service to adhere to specific instructions and ensure accurate and complete deliveries.

I was directed to Target in Stratford, CT to deliver items to [redacted] E. Main Street. Unfortunately, the app navigation led me to the wrong address. The customer informed me that the correct address was [redacted] Main Street, St. V Hospital. I had additional deliveries, so I held onto the items. Customer service has criticized me for an error caused by the app. I was prepared to deliver the items after my other stops, but I was advised that I would not receive compensation for my time. Currently, I have the items and a displeased customer. Customer service was unhelpful and impolite. I believe I should receive compensation for my time and travel regardless. Thank you.
