Check all folders in your email attached to your account for tracking orders. They usually have the tracking information there. If not, log into your account on the company’s website and look under your previous orders there.

My order was not shopped or delivered. ordered ******* at about *:**PM local time in zip *****. My phone number is ***-***-****, Larry A. May **** Kirby Pkwy Memphis, TN, *****.*I called your help number, was told it would be here after the requested time which would have been *:**PM. It is now after *PM and shopping has not started according to your site. I left a message for the shopper and got no reply. There is nothing else I can do. Will you cancel the order and give me an explanation of what happened?

After my call and email to Instacart help about my order that did not get shopped, it was turned over to a new shopper and the order proceeded normally and was completed, just delayed a few hours.
