Instacart deactivated me because I canceled a batch. They did not inform me I had to pay a $** toll to get to where I was going. Those are funds I do not have right now! I did not mind the drive but toll is crazy. If I have a problem like this I should be able to talk to shopper customer service. Not just be deactivated because I don’t have any money to pay a toll that no one informed me off. I’m on instacart to make money during COVID and they have no sympathy at all for what people are going through.
