I was a instacart shopper and i got deactivated because of my "cancelation rate" i dont see the problem in having to cancel a batch that i had accepted but needing to cancel because of car issues. i understand if it was in believe the order which means either taking customers groceries home or just not bothering contacting help care about a issue and leaving order in half. but cancelling a order before staring it i really dont see a problem things can happen on the way. im just trying to get back on shoppers i miss doing it i enjoyed helping others and from my point of view i never had a issue with my usual customers they were really happy to see me everytime
