On June * I placed a LARGE order with Wegman's - approximately $***. I just today, on July **, realized that I did not receive the garbage bags that I ordered with that order. Wegman's stong kitchen bags - $*.**. I called the customer service line, and was told there was nothing that could be done. I said I did not receive the product and was charged for it. She said nothing could be done - no refund and no credit because it's been too long. I said that Instacart*Wegman's cannot steal $*, which is what is happening. I asked to be connected to a supervisor, and she said they can't help you. I said I'd still like to speak with a supervisor. I was put on hold for ** minutes and no one picked up. I want a refund for the $*.** garbage bags. It was a $*** dollar order!! Please don' steal from me. And, by the way, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!*Rhonda Lally
