My name is Lori Hill, Upland, CA ******I placed an order on the *th, it was delivered today.*Shortly after, I received a text from the Shopper. I am quoting him verbatum.*"I like how you took all your tip away when you weren't even replying back to me when I asked what you wanted to do for replacements and when you did all you put was okay like that doesn't answer my question I will report you to instacart for tip batting and I hope you have a horrible day people*like you deserve to have the worse happened to them next time go shop for your **** self you ****"*This is exactly what he texted to me. I did not remove his tip, in fact last night I increased it from *% to **%. So I do not know what he is talking about. I texted him a reply. "I did not remove your tip!!! Shame on you." I have never in my life been spoken to like that. I am not a complainer. And even*though I was not happy with the order. I would never give a tip then take it away *and I have never complained to you about your service. I run a business and when I am busy*I can not always reply to a text. And frankly since I do not have the time to shop right now, I expect the Shopper to change what they can and when I say no exceptions, then to pass on it.*I am very upset. This Person does not know me and what he said to me was uncalled for and extremely hurtful.*At this moment I do not want him to know that he got to me. These are scary times and*when anyone looses it like that, it just adds to a very stressful time.*He knows where I live and I have Grand Children who live with me. Please make sure*he does not bother me further.
