Can someone please help me fix my cancellation rate? It says very clearly on the app that if batches are cancelled for safety-related concern, it will not impact our cancellation rate. I cancelled batches before ever starting after I learned that I would have to go inside an apartment building - during a time when the COVID crisis was at its peak in Connecticut, and particularly in my county. I have only cancelled batches when I was afraid for my safety.**I worked for this company through the pandemic. I cannot believe that I’m being penalized for something the app states will not happen, after working every day and going into places no one else would go. I was okay with dropping the groceries at front doors, but going into apartment buildings is where I draw the line.**I have spoken to customer service multiple times about this and every time I have heard they will help, and then mysteriously disconnect. **Is the app misleading us? And we will, in fact, be penalized for cancelling a batch that puts our health and safety in serious and immediate jeopardy?**Please advise.
