The issue in GetHuman-mvanass's own words
I placed an order at a cub food store, and when the shopper started to shop she started to replace items that were out of stock, even though I marked do not replace, and when I tried to message her, the messages would not go through or would take a very long time, or say replacement approved when I did not approve. After ** items were either refunded or replaced, I asked if I could just cancel my order and she said she would have instacart contact me because she could not answer my question. I was not contacted, so I told her that I decided to continue with the order. but she did not respond, and cancelled the order anyway. I also asked her which cub store she was shopping at, and she told me that she was shopping the Inver Grove store which I had recently changed to the St. Paul store, and showed in the app and online as my preferred store, and when I tried to place the order again at the Saint Paul store, I could not find any information about which store my order was coming from. Can you please tell me how I can tell which store my order is being shopped from? I could not find a help section in the instacart or cub app.
