I was trying to back out, get my credit card refunded & never do business here again. All of this was explained, and in detail, in the paragraph above. ... I signed up for express delivery, which was $*.**. Then, I TRIED, TRIED, for HOURS!!! TO GET MY ORDER PLACED. When I could not navigate the website, I cancelled my order. There was NO ONE TO TELL THE PROBLEM TO AND THEN, BOOM!!! THE ORDER WENT THROUGH AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO CANCEL IT WITH. SO I PLACED A DISPUTE WITH MY CARD . I FILLED OUT THE COMMENT SECTION REGARDING THE ORDER. I WAS CHARGED A SERVICE FEE, TIP, ETC. SO WITH THE ALMOST TEN DOLLAR UPFRONT FEE, ADD ALL OTHER CHARGES, IT WAS ALMOST $**.** TO GET GROCERIES FROM ALDI'S! PLUS----- THE MILK WAS WITHIN * DAYS OF BEING OUT OF DATE!!!! WHO CAN CONSUME * GALLONS OF MILK IN * DAYS WHEN YOU'RE A HOUSE OF * SENIOR CITIZENS!?? WHEN I SHOP MYSELF, I MAKE SURE THE DATE IS WAYYYYY OUT, LIKE *-** DAYS. ALL IN ALL, IF ONE CUSTOMER REP., WHO SPOKE ENGLISH, HAD JUST PICKED UP THE PHONE, I COULD HAVE GOTTEN ALL THIS CANCELLED IN NO TIME.
We are under quarantine and needed a service like this. But I'd give the website a F as a grade, if this is as low as it goes. And I would NEVER, EVER, EVER RECOMMEND INSTACART TO ANYONE.

YEAH. I HAVE FILED A FORMAL DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD. LIKE I HAVE ALREADY STATED: IF ONE PERSON HAD MANNED THE PHONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT COULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN OVER WITH.
