The issue in GetHuman-nampenny's own words
April *, **** I placed order through Instacart for Brookshires and delivery was made on April **. My zip code is ***** so I'm not sure if Brookshires with ***** or my Brookshires ***** made the transaction. I can not find any record of getting my Thankyou cards reward points. I gave info on the loyal card site using my phone number ***-***-**** which Is what I use connected to that program. The initial total of groceries was $***.**, total amount $***.**. I really want this amount credited to my reward program. Brookshire's said I had to resolve the issue with you. If I can't get my points using Instacart, then I will find another way to get my groceries. Thank you and I hope to hear from you with a resolution to this.
