Instacart didn't recognize a **-item order, kept telling me for last * weeks no delivery times *the email account was *****@***.com*. So today I changed my email & password and a new account let me choose a few items in Checklist, but still no delivery times open. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars with Instacart and think I deserve being able to sort-out these accounts & orders with a HUMAN BEING ! I'm not asking for preferential treatment--just a chance to straighten out my accounts & orders.
GetHuman-bozzart did not yet indicate what Instacart should do to make this right.
